As a solo female traveller I arrived with some trepidation but the minute the sun came up on my first day I knew I had chosen the right place to stay. Nijad and his staff were everything I needed, nothing was too much trouble and I felt I was part of the family. I was met at 4am at the airport by the widest smile I have ever seen and I was dropped back in the early hours, what a service! My cottage was beautiful, clean, spacious and well appointed. I had a beautiful view of the sunset every evening and I have already booked for 2025

Having good experience of living in this hotel. Very clean, good food and clean swimming pool. Staff was very friendly. Rooms 5/5. Air conditioner and fans are everywhere. 1 minute to Black beach. Supermarket near building. Almost recommended.

Our cottage was fab, massive, comfy bed and beautiful views of the ocean. Nice and quiet, but lots nearby. Staff very friendly and really went out of their way when we had to catch a train at 630am and our tuktuk taxi didn't turn up! Thanks to them we caught our train just in time. They were very helpful with organising and phoning for taxis, tours and other things we asked. Food is nice, and there's an Ayurveda place a few meters down the road. The lady gives the most amazing massages, totally recommended.

Extremely poor response to booking request. So much so that the room I requested was booked out before they responded, despite being available on various websites at the time I asked. Between us, my husband and I followed up the request over 3 days and got no response. So whilst everyone gives good reviews when visit is complete, it’s a lottery if you’ll get a room!!

Very well spread infront of the ocean. A quaint stay away from the bustling touristy area. Great staff, hospitality and homely food. Nice little cafe to sit by and relax, a walk by the ocean to reach the cliff area.

I recently stayed at the Riverside Hotel and had a generally positive experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. However, the decor seemed a bit outdated. The highlight was the hotel's location, providing picturesque views of the nearby river. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, although the menu was somewhat limited. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. On the downside, Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, posing a challenge for business travelers. Additionally, the fitness center equipment showed signs of wear and could use an upgrade. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall ambiance was pleasant, and the central location made it convenient for exploring the city. Considering the reasonable pricing, the Riverside Hotel is a decent choice for those seeking a comfortable stay with a few compromises.

A little corner of paradise! The place is so confortable, with an amazing garden. Cute ***goustes and squirrels passing by from time to time make it even more enchanting! We enjoyed the calm and relaxing atmosphere, refreshing times by the pool. The ***ager and its assistant are super welcoming and we can only recommend the place that is 2min wall from the beach. Ideal place to stay!

The place is amazing!! It is filled with greenery around. The pool is cute and clean. Good service and maintainance. Very near to Odayam Beach. The host was very helpful in provided us with all our requirements. Good car parking space, toilet was neat and clean, good shower, a small porch to sit and chill. Only problem are the damn mosquitoes outside the room, so be sure to carry an insect repellent! All in all, such a peaceful and chilled out vacation for us. Thank you Team Magnolia

We had booked their villa for 4 nights…the behaviour of Ameersha was awful..this *** spoke extremely rudely to us…because we decided to check out as we were not happy with the facilities offered.. The ac was not working in one of the rooms…they kept fixing it but it never worked properly..we were 10 of us and we had adjust in three rooms at night..they gave just one mattress and a thin shawl..hospitality is 0..next morning we told them we would check out..when some ladies went for breakfast Ameersha refused to offer breakfast until we checked out..he does not know how to speak to ladies..he has no ***ners..and he will not succeed with this hotel..it is just a fancy place which offers poor service and maintainence…never visit
