Düşmanca karşılama dışında otelden çok memnun kaldık. Yemek, deniz, havuz, oda herşey çok güzeldi. Sabahları (Marina, Stavros) veya akşamları eşit derecede cana yakın barmenler ve tüm animasyon ekibi (Paula, Sebastian...). Harikaydın, teşekkürler.

Odalar çok temiz ve güzeldi.yemek için rezerve yapılan restoranda sıcaktan bunalıp kalktık.çocuklu aile için uygun bir otel.bir çok alanda havuz ve bar var.biz denizi tercih ediyoruz.deniz çok sıcak ve temiz.görevliler çok iyi çalışıyor her yer temiz.gece canlı müzik var.ama buraya gelirken temmuz sıcağını göze almanızı tavsiye ederim.heraklion a 10 dakikada 1.90 auro ya ulaşabilirsiniz.her daim otobüs önünden geçiyor.valiziniz az ise hava alanından otobüsle gelebilirsiniz.boşuna taksi parası vermeyin.iyi tatiller.

Fabulous hotel! Food was unreal, especially in the Avra restaurant. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely little private beach, warm sea, even in April! Eur30 taxi to Heraklion. Not much to do outside the complex but enough to do inside so we never got bored. Matteo at the outside bar is a gem. Not sure what was in those cocktails but we slept well!! And we watched him handle some slightly obnoxious guests brilliantly.

This is a fantastic hotel with so many positives - 15 minute taxi from the airport, friendly staff, lovely room, clean facilities, there is a choice of pools and the beach all within minutes walk of each other and most of all amazing quality food. The only constructive criticism is that we didn’t need or want our towels changed every day and they could add recycling bins around but apart from that was simply wonderful.

This is an excellent hotel. It is refurbished. Standards of cleanliness and service are high. The food is excellent- a wide choice and of a high quality. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Several swimming pools. Staff are well trained and very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel for an all inclusive holiday. It is quite close to the airport, so airplanes do fly over during the day, but I never heard any noise at night. Also we were staying in the early part of the season, so it was not busy. Very well located for Heraklion and Knossos.

What an amazing hotel came from Scotland to this beautiful island and hotel service has been unreal food amazing and the most friendly staff u can meet will go above and beyond room was spacious and immaculate water park was great for the kids drink are lush and a massive appreciation for the bar staff in the exclusive bar they where so friendly professional and went above and beyond for myself and family they really made the holiday that extra bit special o can’t believe it only has a 4 star rating the place is unreal and definitely looks 5 star we have already looked at booking for next year we loved it so much they had a rep in the hotel who was able to book jetskis for us and even a trip to Santorini we were not stuck with things to do we rented motorbikes from inside the hotel the mini market was great for snacks and little gifts but u won’t go hungry here definitely put on a few pounds with the amazing selection of food thank you arina for the amazing holiday will see youse again

We have had a fabulous time at the Arina Beach, It ticked all the boxes and more, The room was spacious with large comfortable beds and kept clean and tidy by the friendly cleaner who greeted us with a smile and Kalamera every morning, The food was excellent with a wide variety to satisfy any needs , The Animation team led by Galin were brilliant always friendly and looking to include you in activities but not pushy,all the staff from the bars and restaurant were friendly and worked with a smile , all in all a great venue for couples and families

Our experience was unique, great personal Ainhoa, Nikoletta, Pupi, Leyteriz, Olga, Enso (those are the few names I remember. We had fun, they made our stay happier. Thanks for the great time!

We went as a family, if you are travelling to Crete then Arina Beach Resort is the place to be. I can’t fault anything. Thankyou to Albie and his team behind the exclusive bar for their humour and their welcome. Thanks to them they definitely did make our stay here even better.
