Clinton Park Inn

Hotel Clinton Park Inn is a perfect place to stay in Velankanni. It is close to the church and to the sea. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Clinton Park Inn again. The price performance ratio is very good. I would like to extend my thanks to Food and Beverage department and particularly to Chef Sakthi to make this trip more memorable.

Excellent customer care, satisfactory cleanliness, decent breakfast buffet spread. The Manager & team does great work to ensure customer satisfaction. Situated just 5-10 minutes walking distance right in between Basilica and Mother Tank.

We stayed here during our visit to the pilgrimage. Location is its best advantage. The Velānganni shrine is hardly a kilo meter away and the access to miracle pond is just 200 kilo meters from the hotel. Room is ok, too small, not fancy, toiletries were ordinary in short supply, the faded towels surely need a replacement. It was raining when we were getting ready to go to the church and the front office offered us big large heavy security umbrella, it was helpful. The also gave us a printout of the service timings at the church, so we could plan our day: Restaurant was too small, untidy, messy and unhygienic. The breakfast was the worst. Just few basic items and not appetising. No cutlery, but it’s available on request tho’. They could have given a better warm breakfast for the tariff they charge for a small ordinary room. It’s a small hotel ok for an overnight short stay.

It's amazing in all aspects in terms of cosy & clean rooms, yummy & varieties of foods, very helpful & well mannered staff and last but not the least the absolutely easy access to the church as it is located in the near church arena. The receptionist Kalanidhi deserves a special mention for her noteworthy friendliness and amazing hospitality attitude.

We only stayed for 1 night booked 2 rooms , clean and very basic hotel , food options. Is very limited very close to the church and high was the main reason for our stay. Do not expect fancy stuff , they are very simple and basic hotel. Food could have been better , but clean bed to sleep and clean bathroom , that’s all what we wanted . Check in was smooth and the lady was very welcoming

The service is very poor , we stayed for 1 night 2 days .3 adults and 1 kid. No hot water for shower (morning and evening) No fridge in room No sufficient toiletries provided ,just given 1 hotel Soap and 1 hotel Shampoo Food no much varieties Front office staff was very much rude and assured with false promises... I would say not a worth to book a room in here
