We loved this property. Very unique amd quaint. Closeto the beaches and the downtown area. Definitely will stay again next time in Venice

Great place. They have done a good job of refurbishing it, very comfortable, good facilities, with pool and patio with tables and chairs, easy to find, plenty of parking. Restaurant next door Salty Dawgs is good too. Great hosts, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Managers Shawn and Debbie are outstanding and offer Happy Hour nightly. Close to canal trails that go all the way to beach.

The management staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean. They are in the midst of renovating the property but overall a great place to stay with pets. The one drawback is the odd location, kind of behind the marina (which isn't a problem) but under the drawbridge so cars going over create a fairly constant noise. Quiets down at night however.
Not sure it's the ideal "beach vacation" location, but for short or even longer terms stays for those looking for a place in Vencie a great find!

Great place to stay. Owners very nice, accommodating, informative about what to do and what’s around. Clean room, spacious, a lot of amenities. This will be my go to when visiting Venice. Highly recommend.

This hotel was a real pleasant surprise. it was much nicer than I anticipated. The owners are very pleasant and customer oriented. I would highly recommend this to anyone going to Venice. I definitely will be back.

Owners were very friendly and immediately made us feel welcomed. Room was extremely clean, linens and bed were super comfortable. Renovated room was beautiful and property is well-kept. Will definitely go back!

I was suspicious of so many 10/10 ratings until I got there and realised 10 was not good enough! Sean and Deb could not have been nicer and more welcoming. After being fleeced in Key West it was fantastic to meet genuinely honest, and helpful peoplefriendly . Everything about the hotel is great. The pool was really warm and pleasant. We will definitely return, and for a longer stay

We had the best time here. Everything is spotless. The grounds and buildings are so cute. Our room beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It is obvious that a lot of work and money was put into this awesome place. We will definitely be back!
