Residenza Veneziana

Perfect location , full of life in the day and quiet evenings. Only five minutes from the vaporetto stop and Piazza San Marco. All the staff were lovely. Alvise on reception was great, fluent in different languages, knowledgable, gave us lots of information and tips for our stay. He welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco in our room to enjoy. What a fab start to our Holliday…Thank you. We stayed in the spacious blue room which was beautifully decorated in a traditional Venetian style and had a wonderful view (see pics) ,air con, a kettle and mugs, mini bar, the Wi-Fi was good, great rain and hand held shower….everything you need for a perfect stay! The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and bought to your room with a smile and we sat with our full glass doors open enjoying the view of a constant stream of condoles along the canal . You will not be disappointed…book it. A wonderful stay in a magical city! x

When we arrived at the hotel, we were met by a wonderful surprise of balloons 🎈 and drinks and candles in the room. It was lovely start to our 5 days Valentine's Day and anniversary break. In the morning, we had breakfast served in our room on a very large tray with a selection of bread,meats, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit and tea, coffee, and orange juice. They are central to St. Marks Square, only a few minutes walk away, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. They gave us a warm welcome and were extremely helpful in answering any of our questions on where to eat and visit and how to get there. Would definitely return and recommend it to anyone taking a break in Venice

Absolutely amazing place to stay, the guy at reception makes it extra special (alvise? I’m so sorry for forgetting the name!) the room is superb, as is breakfast watching the gondolas go by the window. It’s in a very central location and there was no problem finding it thanks to the video walk through and map that was sent to us. As soon as we arrived we were made so welcome we will def be returning, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else in Venice now!

3 night stay travelled on our wedding anniversary, on arrival our room was beautifully decorated with balloons and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. The breakfast every morning was exceptional, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday towels etc replenished daily. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco. Central location to shops and restaurants whilst being in a very quiet location, slept perfectly every night. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Residenza Venezia

had an unforgettable experience at Residenzia Veneziana. We called the hotel before arriving to get directions. The staff who picked up the call was waiting for us at the port to our surprise. He took our luggage, and walked us to the hotel and carried it up the steps. He treated us like family. He gave us useful information about restaurants and attractions. Our room was spotless and beautiful. Everything we needed and more was thoughtfully included, from ironing board to toothbrush and even slippers. They even had weighing scale to check our luggage weight. The breakfast was simply a feast. We are so thankful to the staff for their hospitality. We feel blessed to celebrate our 25th anniversary here.

We loved our stay here. The location couldn’t be better, so close to St Marcos square and a main water taxi stop. Service was incredible, nothing was a problem. Delicious breakfast served in the room and was more than enough for us we weren’t able to finish it any day even though we wanted to keep eating it! Staff were all extremely helpful, kind and approachable. We had to leave early for our flight and they arranged an early breakfast for us without us even asking! The room was also very comfortable and very quiet.

Amazing stay! Wish we were able to stay longer so that means we will definitely be back! Room & bathroom was spotless clean and beautiful decor. Luis greated us when we arrived and he was beyond kind! helping us with luggage and giving us great tips and info on Venice as it was our first time visiting. He was so very sweet! The breakfast display was beautiful and delicious as well.

Great staff excellent location. If I was going to Venice in the future I would stay there again. The staff could not help us enough.

From the moment we checked in to when we left Everything was perfect,We had our 25th Anniversary there and they had balloons,Prosecco and a beautiful blueberry Tart in the room ❤️ The room was Fabulous very Stylish and the Bathroom was totally brand New ,The Breakfast is brought to your room and omg what a choice,There was so much food it is a Continental Breakfast But really lovely,Fantastic Location to the water bus especially with your luggage it’s about a 4/5 min walk also to San Marco Square .The guy who’s at front desk can’t remember his name but told us to call him Lewis was such a lovely person he really could not do enough for us and was so informative about where not to eat and the Best places to eat He was such a Charming Guy Thanks Lewis ❤️ If we ever get back to Venice I would definitely stay here again and totally Recommend it ,it’s really not your typical hotel it’s Better it has so much character .
