工作人員非常親切，一起考慮第二天旅遊計劃。贈送的餅乾也很開心！因為沒有電梯，所以對有大行李的人來説可能會有點累。

11月上旬入住三天威尼斯聖家洛酒店。正如不少遊客留言誇讚，酒店乾淨整潔、古香古色，還有免費自煮咖啡。特別是距離各個主要景點非常近，非常近，可謂近在咫尺！而我在這裏特別要誇讚酒店前台一位黃小姐！對我這個基本不會英語且又是獨自一人的自由行者來説，我感謝那位文靜漂亮的意大利籍華人女孩黃小姐！來到酒店前台，發現工作人員是華人面孔，便問她可以中文交流嗎？雖然黃小姐是意大利人，但一口流利的華語和我交流真是讓我喜出望外！黃小姐耐心熱情，在地圖上用彩色筆認真仔細的告訴了我如何去機場、水路怎麼走，大巴怎麼走，票價多少，用時多少，水上巴士怎麼購票，怎麼乘坐。這些對於我來説真的很重要！頓時覺得心裏踏實許多，心情無比愉悦😊😊😊在此，我要向黃小姐再次致以誠摯的感謝！也希望和我一樣的自由行者在威尼斯選擇入住聖家洛酒店。相信你們會和我一樣，幸運的遇到那位熱情可愛的黃小姐！

好安靜好，工作人員很熱情，下次來Venice還會再訂這家酒店。
出門走5分鐘左右就能到廣場，非常的方便。

A totally delightful hotel and just a couple of minutes work from San Marco and some very chichi shopping. The only reason I give the room four stars is because it was a little small - but it was so charming with its brocade clad walls, antique furniture and Murano wall lights that it made up for what it lacked in size with an evocative sense of old Venice. The staff were all very helpful and kind going above and beyond which soothes my stress at British Airways losing my luggage. The complimentary toiletries including toothbrush also helped smooth things for me. Definitely recommend.

What a quaint little hotel that oozes Ventian charm located just steps from Piazza San Marco. The reception area is accessed through a unique door (and initially doorbell, then later a key). I was taken aback by the staircase before me (no elevator), but hotelclerk helped us with our luggage. The rooms were comfortable and filled with little touches (a bit of fruit and chocolate). They helped us procure a private water taxi to the airport. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This was our first time in Italy and the first lodging we stayed in for 2 nights. No regrets! We arrived early from our long flight and were greeted warmly by the staff, allowed to leave our bags and change in the bathroom, and cool off for a few minutes in the lounge before starting to explore Venice. The location was great- although close to San Marco Square, the immediate vicinity was lovely on a small square and next to the smallest church in Venice. Our family room was comfortable and loved the Venetian decor. Although it had an air conditioner, it was so hot outside that even with the shades drawn the room did not get cool. We took advantage of the wine in the lobby and beer in the fridge and enjoyed some time on the rooftop terrace. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We are active and we’re aware of the steps to the entrance ahead of time and this did not bother us. We would definitely stay here again.

This 3 star hotel is right next to St Mark’s square! It is in a quiet area. We stayed in one room as a family of four. The lobby was charming and we had coffee there. It is good value. The room was clean and well-equipped (we are quite particular about this). The air-con worked really well and the beds were very comfy and the room large. The terrace was basic and a little run-down but was good to have. The receptionist (28/08/23 - day time) spoke very good English and nothing was too much trouble. She looked after our bags, lent us all umbrellas and helped us find things on the map she supplied us with. (The night receptionist was lovely too!) Be aware that there are no views. Overall, if you want a budget-friendly place to stay right next to St Mark’s square with a good room, air con, lovely receptionists and some outdoor space, then this would be perfect.

Nice hotel with great location near San Marco . Comfort super clean room with good Ac and very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice compliment chocolates . Small bathroom but super clean and with everything you need toiletries , toothbrush and slippers. Everyday housekeeping. The only dislike was the high entrance stair especially if you have a bad knee .
