What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps.

They should warn us about the 3 sets of stairs to get to our room. However, they were very helpful in getting our luggage up to the room. The wallpaper was dark blue. Would be a brighter room if the wallpaper was a light color. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. The location was perfect for touring the City of Venice.

Excellent service! Friendly staff. We were turned away from our original hotel so we booked here via *********** last minutes and they staff were great and helped us. Lovely rooms and everything you need. Fabulous location! We would definitely stay here again!

We went there in front of a locked door. We had to call to a number written on the door and waited for some time. Then we were moved to another building which has no signs and it has none of the views or the room pictures was nothing in common. It was smaller than advertised and the look from the window was not the cathedral but another building. Then we are asked to pay above the price indicated and the only check in documents was that the guy took a picture from his phone of our ID cards which is strictly prohibited. He did not gave us any documents for the payment and just run away. We had a problem with electricity as there was none. No breakfast and even no buffet was there. It has only entrance and them some rooms. Never will return there. We planned to move but it was late and everything was busy so we were left without any choice.

4 stelle ?????? 4 stalle pessimo a dir poco sporco camere pessime doccia rotta cestino senza pedale con tanto di ruggine prese che si staccano sedie rotte. E per finire maniglie che ti rimangono in mano e poi un bel nido di piccioni …bellissima esperienza

Pessima esperienza . Posto sporco ,che cade a pezzi,mobili vecchi e rovinati,condizionatore rumoroso e di cui ci e’ rimasto in mano un pezzo,finestra del bagno che non si chiude e completamente rovinata,bagno paragonabile a una bettola che da senso di sporco che più sporco non si può . La maniglia della porta ci e’ rimasta in mano . E’ stato un incubo
