早めに着いたにも関わらず、部屋が空いていたのか早めにチェックインさせてもらえた。また部屋までキャリーバックを運んでもらえた。初めてベネチアに来たと伝えたら、マップを用意して行き方などを教えてくれた。立地は駅少し離れているが、水上バスの最寄りが非常に近いの良い。部屋は必要最低限だが清潔感はあり快適に過ごせた。朝ごはんはガーデンでの食事で寒かったが、内容も満足。ベネチア島内でこの値段だと高コスパだと思う。

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very small and old. The location was great. The continental breakfast was okay.

Room and bathroom are extremely small. A/C didn’t work, walls and outlets needed repair. Breakfast was outside surrounded by aggressive birds.

The staff was excellent and breakfast in the garden delightful. The room had some disadvantages. There were up and down step levels with black tile making the steps not very obvious. For instance the bathroom had a step up to get in and then in the middle a 1 inch step up in the middle -- all with black on black tile. If you missed them a slip and fall would happen. They need to at least put a reflective tape or something so that it is obvious. Also the room was damp and the paint peeling off the wall in places. The shower was nice but didn't have a little shelf to put the soap or shampoo. The sink also did not have room to put your make up. It was a modern bathroom, but not thought through for the person's use. My room opened out onto a little patio which could have been delightful but it was dirty and didn't have even a chair to make it usable.

It was in a perfect location if you need to take the train east to get and from the station . Close to the action but just far enough away so it wasn’t noisy at night.

Had a non-refundable (I’ll never make that mistake again) booking for two nights at this hotel in Venice in late September, 2023. We arrived on the train from Milan and checked in midafternoon. Admittedly, once we got to the room, it was not what we expected. The room was tired and dingy. Cracked and broken glass on the nightstand and peeling paint on the walls and floor among other things. Definitely NOT a three star hotel in any part of the world that we’ve traveled to. Since it was a non-refundable reservation AND we were already out over $300 USD, we figured that as long as the bed was comfortable and that the shower worked, we would stay. After heading out into Venice for the afternoon and grabbing some dinner, we eventually made it back to the room around 9pm. We climbed into bed looking forward to a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel and that’s when the mosquitoes started swarming. We got no sleep….none. We hid under the sheets whenever we weren’t trying to kill the mosquitoes. This went on all night long. I told the proprietor the following morning about the mosquitoes and he couldn’t care less. He mumbled something about putting a “machine” in our room and this would take care of our mosquito problem in an hour. We declined his very generous offer (along with his offer not to charge us a city tax), called ********** to complain about this situation then got the hell out of there. The proprietor wouldn’t refund our money for the second night. Imagine that!

Great location, close to railway station and other transport. Would stay here again

Very Venetian and very comfortable. Ten minute walk from train station. Staff very helpful and informative. Easy walk to vaporettos. Daily continental breakfast. Pleasant garden area. Casa Bonita, excellent restaurant, is around the corner. Would stay here again.
