We arrived after midnight so had to pay a late fee of 30euro which we'd been previously advised. There were 4 of us travelling, our friends had a very nice suite which included a full kitchen and this part seemed more updated. We had the other apartment which was very basic and tired. I messaged the owner a couple of times about no wifi and she didn't respond. Our friends waited an hour for the 3rd party to come and let them in ( 24hrs after us) and he turned the modem on and we instantly had wifi. Cutlery and coffee cups dirty, very old and torn towels and the headboard appears worn and unclean. The bed and linen was comfy and the bathroom was ok but as others have said the bath/shower ( but you really need to sit down to use hand piece) is not an easy task

We were nice and close to a lot of things. But off the beaten path, so it was quiet.

Central location with short access to all POIs, shops and restaurants around the corner, fair apartment with some room for improvement … kitchen equipment poor or simple basics are missing, the bed is old and overdue, all in all we would recommend to book it and would come again.

- Intrusion of privacy!!! Management did not inform me that a service person would be doing repairs. He unlocked the door and let himself into the room while I was sleeping. Absolutely terrifying! - Air conditioner not working. The room was too hot to sleep comfortably. - Poor response from management. No one from Alloggi was available to check in so someone unaffiliated was sent to give me the keys and instructions. - Low-quality linens. Sheets, towels, and pillows are old and mattress is stiff. - Quiet location away from busy streets and squares - Close to San Marco square - Cozy and well decorated Overall, very poor and uncaring management. They will treat you like they don't even know you are staying there. Price similar to a hotel but quality of the room is bad. Seems like they just want to take your money and not invest anything to make the room more comfortable and accomodating. I would recommend not staying here.

Perfect location, very spacious and clean apartment. However very difficult to coordinate meeting place/time. Also no spare toilet paper and iron was shorting/arcing unable to be used.
