San Teodoro Palace - Luxury Apartments

Just amazing!! We absolutely loved it, the apar**ent was right in the centre so location is perfect. It was spotlessly clean and very grand. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed here with a group of friends. It was the perfect size for the 5 of us. It was decently clean and very spacious. The freezer part of the fridge was covered in inches of frost. It needed a serious defrosting, but we didn’t really need it. I did all the paperwork and paid ahead so we would get the code without having to check in at the separate hotel, but did not receive the code until after check in time and after several phone calls. That was the only real issue we had. Great location!

Great apar**ent. Great location, lots to do and see within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The apar**ent was large and clean. The two bedroom /two bath could easily be used for an extended stay. There is a grocery store nearby as well as coffee/pastry shop and a restaurant. Very close to the water bus stop. The main door was a bit hard to find and on a dark side street. We went the long way and it felt sketchy, however if you go from the well lit street of shops (running parallel to the canal) the entrance door is much closer. Make arrangements to pay your stay ahead of arrival so you don’t have to go to the hotel first to pay. All the locks are codes. No services on site.

Check in process was extremely difficult. No luggage assistance made it difficult to check in.

After looking at the pic they are advertising, I called them and they confirmed that the apar**ent is same what you are looking in the pictures with a lot of space and windows. When I checked-in the apar**ent using 2 feet wide stairs on 4 floor and elevator was not able to fit in 2 people with small bags. When I opened the door apar**ent entered in kitchen area with small dining, has no windows in the whole apar**ent. I felt so suffocated that I have to get out of the place. I msged through WhatsApp and he called me after one hour. When I highlighted my concern, I was told there is a window in bathroom. I told them this is not the room they advertised and I booked, I was told that they have many apar**ents and all are different. They did not accommodate my request of changing the apar**ent after charging my credit card for 3 nights. I had to book another hotel and move all the stuff after long travel from California. Of course, they did not refund any money to me. I am not sure how it works but they can not put pics of best accommodation and give you a den after charging your credit card. Pictures should be clear enough so that you get a feel of what you have booked & spending money on. This is definitely not a Luxury apar**ent as they show in their post. This is a fraud and I am not sure about the reviews other people are saying and what type of apar**ent they got. I can share the pics and video of apar**ent I got.

The location is great. But the cooling system doesn’t work well, we couldn’t sleep very well because of the heat. Also there were some more things that needed maintenance, such as the shower, as the water came out from the sides instead of the holes, also the mobile shower was broken, it was missing a piece from the sides, and we couldn’t close the bedroom’s door as the handle is broken

The hotel is in a great area, but our room was somewhat dirty with poor lighting, which only made all the dents and dirty marks on the walls and filthy rug more apparent at night. The apar**ent definitely needs a paint job and new rug and one of the bathroom’s door handle was broken. I travel well and this is not luxury. The first night I slept with the lights on because I wasn’t sure how clean the apar**ent was for us. Perhaps the hotel gave me a less than great room because I booked with ******* and not directly with them. Housekeeping was nice though when replenishing the room with toilet paper and towels and taking out the garbage.
