Hotel San Geremia

A very quaint hotel with easy access to the train station and a half hour walk to St Mark’s Square. It was perfect for us as a couple who only needed the basics: a bed and a bathroom which were perfectly fine. Don’t expect a luxurious stay where you can spend hours on the hotel - but in Venice why would you want to stay in the hotel any longer than to sleep?!

Stayed here for a few days whilst visiting the city. Great location- 10 min walk from the bus and train station. We arrived early so dumped our bags off and went exploring. Checked in about 1:30- room very small and looked out into a brick wall so very little natural light. Kettle provided but no tea or coffee etc and paper cups . Keep the window shutters closed or your room will be full of mosquitos ! Hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants so no need to wander far if you don’t want to. Rialto bridge 10 mins away and vaperetto stops about 5 min walk . No food offered by the hotel but there is a communal Fridge and microwave next to the luggage room . Reception staff great and very knowledgeable.

My husband and I had a great stay at Hotel San Geremia in Venice and would highly recommend it to other travellers. The hotel is very clean and tidy, well located a short walk away from the railway station and water buses. The staff were really friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions during our stay. Many thanks for the great service!

Wondering how much things have changed since many of the negative reviews are a few years old... either way, I had a fine stay. The hotel is budget-to-mid-range in price, and the building matches this. It's very slim on amenities, but it had everything I needed. Wifi, ac, and a working shower. Bed left a bit to be desired, and I would have enjoyed some vanity space in the bathroom, but I survived. Staff were polite and helpful when needed and the location was easy when it came to arriving and departing (close to terminal/buses).

Fuimos en agosto con mi consuegra, su hija y un niño de dos años y medio. No puedo decir que la atencion fue mala. Ni que no estuvimos comodos. Pero nos destinaron habitaciones en un tercer piso, por escalera y sin ascensor. Fue dramatico subir esos pisos con valijas, el cochecito del niño, y llegar con el calor reinante fue realmente agotador. Es INHUMANO alojar en ese acomodamiento a dos personas mayores y con un niño pequeño, en un tercer piso por escalera.

Fui con mi family hace 5 días y esta Hotel.lo recomiendo muchisimooo, esta super bueno. Tiene nevera , la habitacione super con una bella vista, bien cerca d todo...restaurantes. tren , vaporetto...es muy buen lugar para quedarse si visitan le Bella Venice

El hotel está recién reformado, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, las camas muy cómodas, el baño estaba todo nuevo y limpio, con productos de aseo. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la estación de trenes y de fácil acceso a todo, la atención es excelente, todo el personal es muy amable.
