Clean facilities and rooms Comfortable rooms Internet with very good speed Very good location, behind the cathedral, one block from the portals, two from the boardwalk. I forgot an object and they immediately notified me and provided me with the means to recover it. And also, very affordable rates¡ My first choice whenever I go to the port, definitely.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel last August-2022-and it was a very pleasant experience.The hotel is very conveniently located-a short walk to the main plaza.The room was clean and comfortable and sleep quality was excellent.The staff at reception were super friendly and I was made feel most welcome.....Breakfast wasn't available but several restaurants were close-by...I am happy to recommend this place and gladly give it 9 out of 10.

We enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They had a strong knowledge of the area and were always very attentive! We enjoyed an immediate view of the beautiful Cathedral and the easy walk to the playa and other nearby historical attractions

dreamy dilapidated views from balcony and no noise but i would like a glass for use in the room. also, I know it's a Mexican thing if its not cold outside, but it was getting there in February, and the bed had a sheet but didnt have a blanket. I bet they had one if I asked. GREAT place@

Me hospede una sola noche, habitacion miy basica, con detalles esteticos, la ubicacion muy cebtrica de los portales de veracruz, tiene wifi sin problema, agua fria y caliente con bastante presion en la regadera, creo que puedes encontrar mejores opciones por el precio, el personal amable y atento

Bien ubicado y bonito. Un hotel de recamaras amplias, con bastante luz, tv, clima, limpio y con un pequeño closet con caja fuerte. Me encantó la ubicación, en el mero corazón de la ciudad, por lo que caminando puedes ir a conocer el zócalo, catedral, malecón, mercados, nieves, etc. Además en un punto dónde fácilmente puedes tomar transporte a otros sitios. El restaurante bastante bueno, buen sazón, pero si pudiera agregar algo es que fueran un poco más generosos con las raciones. La recepcionista de la mañana, excelente ser humano. Una señora que olvidé su nombre, pero super amable, servicial, proactiva y muy eficiente. Los felicito porque la imagen inicial del hotel, ella le da. Lo único a mejorar, el piso del baño está muy manchado, generando una sensación de estar sucio, debe haber algo que los mejore. Regreso

Está cómodo y limpio, muy bien ubicado. Las almohadas no son cómodas y el baño mal diseñado, se sale toda el agua de la regadera. No tiene servicio de bar. La ubicación es súper cómoda, cerca de todo en el centro .

La ubicación del lugar, aun lado de la catedral es muy buena, la actitud del personal, la que está en la mañana y en la noche son buena onda, la que se encuentra en la tarde sinceramente siento que no le caíamos y nos atendía con una pésima actitud.

Muy bonito hotel , por lo q cobran está muy bien , excelente el trato del personal , habitaciones limpias y cómodas y muy amplias, excelente ubicación muy cerca de todo , tienes desde un Oxxo y farmacia , hasta áreas turísticas y restaurants muy cerca , en general muy buena mi estancia en este hotel , solo un punto mencionaría q los colchones de las camas fueran más cómodos , pero en general muy bien todo, por eso de las camas no le doy excelente
