We drove all night and they overbooked the Hotel so we had to drive an hour and a half to XalPa for another Hotel.

It was absolutely terrible the hotel is disgusting I found the hotels towels stain and bed sheets were with blood I went downstairs to get clean towels the receptionist lady told me that they didn’t have more towels that the only thing she can was change the sheets. Pool is green all the property is nasty we had to spend the night there because it was a music even call Veracruz Salsa festival so all the hotels were sold out we didn’t have any other choice but it was the most horrible experience they my family had suffer in a hotel

Malísimo, te cobran 3% por uso de tarjeta, eso no deberían cobrar, no hubo agua caliente en la noche, fuga de agua en baño y pelos de otras personas tirados por doquier y la recepcionista súper mala actitud, no volveré ademas las camas súper duras!

Esta muy fresco pero no pudimos usar la alberca porque no estaba limpia pero esta fresco y las habitaciones estan bien definitivamente me quedaria de nuevo

Es un hotel de buenas condiciones de atencion del personal....limpieza...accesibilidad....etc....unicamente le agregaria mas a esto que tuvieran TV con acceso a Netflix....paramount...etc....muy recomendable la estancia.

el hotel es agradable, solo falta atención a los detalles, como un foco que no funcionaba, un clima que no enfriaba y detalles de limpieza del baño.

Las condiciones del hotel muy feas, deterioradas, viejas una de las camas sucias tierra y con cabellos y un olor horrible en general
