Room smelt like cigarette smoke, check in was ok other than being told we had to put down a deposit even though we were fully paid in advance.

Feet were black from walking on floor of hotel room. Toilet clogged after 2 uses. Mold and hair on shower/bathroom walls. Extremely limited continental breakfast(only offered cereal, bananas that were overripe/brown, apples, bread, and muffins). Also took 40 minutes to check due hotel reservation error. Overpriced all considered. Staff were nice enough though.

To start with they require $100 cash deposit upon arrival that’s correct $100 cash not a credit card that if you’re lucky you’ll get back when you leave.
The place is a bit rundown. In my case the toilet, didn’t seem to flush very well.

We ended up getting a refund from ******* because when we arrived they told us we had no reservation. We showed them our booking on our app and our receipt but they refused to give us a room! This hotel is nasty and should not be on *******’s list of hotels! We had to go find another place to stay on our own. Thank you ******* for giving the refund!

This hotel is VERY tired and needs a lot of attention.
Our room was like a bad basement apar**ent. It was stark. It needed some cleaning and updating. The was mold on the shower curtain, a bounty towel was thicker than the towel, and a spot on the mattress that showed through the sheet.

Exterior entrance to rooms, very basic. Breakfast should have more offerings, yogurt, bananas, etc... No kleenex in room.

They needed a breakfast. We had hostess things that we could choose from cereal and toast. We were looking for something that had breakfast included.

The first strike came when the desk clerk asked for $100 cash deposit because the room was prepaid. The room was tidy but not clean. The bedsheets were stained. The door had a large gap 2/3 of the way around, almost looked like it wasn’t closed, allowing all sorts of light, air, bugs, etc. to pass. Definitely not worth the price.
