Corte Realdi Suites Piazza Erbe

Although there is a peek into Dantes's square from the balcony, the view is not principally of the once infamous but now covered well, instead it is of hotel waste bins and noisy motorbikes. It wouldn't matter that the room is less well appointed if it were as tastefully decorated as the others but it is dark and somewhat characterless. The shower screen needed a good clean along the edges and a previous guests private possession's were left in a bedside draw to be found so there was no attention to detail, Breakfast at the neighbouring cafe was excellent service on one day out of our three visits when the waiter looking after us was interested and on form. Overall disappointing.

Piazza Erbe The bar directly below played their music so loud one evening for several hours that at one point the furniture in the 'Suite' literally vibarated. I was told by Corte Realdi that this was due to 'happy hour' and later they said this was a 'one off'. Maybe I'm just unlucky then? I was moved to another of their hotel buildings the following day after I said I would move myself and charge them for it if they didn't. They also promised to reimburse a portion of the 1500 euros I had paid to stay there. Funny though, when I got back to the UK they stopped answering my emails and they have not refunded any money. For me, that is unforgivable. Shame, as the rest of the holiday was OK.

Highly recommend staying at the Corte Realdi Suites in Verona. Location is perfect, in the middle of everything. It is an old palazzo, so tons of charm but completely updated so you have all of the modern comforts. Excellent Air Condition, comfy bed, good shower, nice linens and towels, Nespresso coffee. We stayed in the Dante room with a small terrace overlooking the well. At first we were disappointed that we didn’t overlook the Piazza Erbe. Then we realized how nice and quiet our room was at night. Very happy with our choice. Since it’s a suite with a small kitchenette, there’s plenty of room to spread out if you are there for a while. The service was exceptionally friendly and professional. A special thanks to Cris and Dennis who were very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. There is no 24 hour front desk, but someone is always available via WhatsApp.

If you do not want to stay in a hotel I would recommend these apar**ents which were perfectly located overlooking Piazza Erbe with a lovely balcony to sit out on. The apar**ents themselves were extremely comfortable with all mod cons and very spacious.

Excelent stay in the heart of Verona! Our apar**ent was big and beautiful, with italian furniture and aristocratic feeling. The hosts were very nice and helpful with everything we needed. They helped us parking the car amd arranged everything so we have a great stay. It is located in the heart of the city, you have restaurants, bars, stores and touristic attractions just around the corner. We definitely recommend this.

An amazing stay at this old palazzo right in the centre of Verona just off Piazza Erbe Square. Service was 5* with private limo transfer wherever we needed to go. We was even escorted to the local restraunt for breakfast. The host constantly kept us up to date via what’s app with important information and recommendations on local restraunts. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay.

Very noisy unfortunately as these suites are above a bar which has music playing until 1:00am! Breakfast is in the bar and although the choice is limited it was sufficient. Shame you can only get one cup of coffee.

Excellent rooms in the centre of the old town of Verona. Very helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, air conditioning and large comfortable beds. This was our second stay here and we will stay again.

A historic and beautifully maintained and perfectly located apar**ent. Having an aperitivo on the balcony overlooking the square was a real highlight. It was a magical and memorable experience that I would love to repeat.
