B&B Marconi

The green room had two rooms and a bathroom. The place was dirty. There were 3 beds in one room and a double bed next door. The beds were awful with uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. There were holes in the sheets and it felt, so unclean. There was no-where to sit other than at the kitchen table. The kitchen did not have any large glasses, was poorly equiped and the fridge/freezer was dirty. The AC did not really work so we were always too hot. The bathroom was really grotty though the lighting was so poor that we were luckily unable to see everything. The shower curtain had black mold on the bottom 2 feet and the lower part of the shower tiling grouting was black marked - it was disgusting. The shower itself was partially blocked and didn’t drain away properly meaning you were paddling in waste water. Because we were out and about a lot, I messaged reception not once but twice but there was no contact from them. We stayed in other AirB&B’s and appartments in Italy and they were clean and comfortable. Avoid Marcomi rooms.

Be carefull! I have just been the victim of fraud with this accommodation. The apartment offered once we arrived in Verona, is not the pretty old apartment in a palace in the historic city center I had booked on ***********. The owner sent us with no warnings to another district far from the city center in an ugly and poorly maintained modern building, on the edge of the ring road. In addition it was an apartment shared with 2 other groups instead of the private apartment that was advertised on ***********. He made us pay for a room without a private bathroom at the price of the full apartment. The owner refuses to answer and reimburse us and we have to take legal steps.

The accommodation is perfectly located near Castelvecchio, a few minutes walk from the Arena. The atmosphere of the house and the rooms is perfectly reflecting the mood of the old town. The room is small but can accommodate two people. Check in is a bit cumbersome. Our bathroom window had no shutters, so we had to shower with the lights off.

Un’esperienza diversa, se non vi fate scoraggiare da 4 piani senza ascensore, e non siete alti 1,80 cm questo appartamento fa per voi.. ultimo piano mansardato contornato da piante, vista sui tetti di Verona, una camera pulitissima accogliente con ogni confort, il bagno piccolo ma accessoriato, bersi il caffè in questa terrazza ti mette in pace col mondo. Gentilissimo l’host, il parcheggio a pagamento adiacente alla struttura, 4 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.. ci tornerò

Soggiorno tra amici.In pochi metri quadri (40/45), c'è tutto. Piccolo angolo cottura,letto matrimoniale, divano letto, bagno e ripostiglio per i vestiti. Posizione ottimale,in pieno centro a due passi dall' Arena di Verona. Consigliatissimo.

Location comoda vicino al centro con garage a disposizione ma la pulizia della camera molto scarsa, lenzuola sporche cuscini con copri cuscino ingiallito e senza federe. Condizionatore acceso senza telecomando per spegnerlo. Abbiamo aspettato due ore affinché la stanza fosse pronta.

Tutto eccellente....pulizia ottima.... posizione strategica.... cordialità di tutto lo staff.... Dandoci informazioni su dove andare come muoversi e consigli per dove mangiare addirittura con sconti riservati in alcuni ristoranti.consigliatissimo. L'appartamento era situato a meno di 10 minuti dall'Arena e a 5 dalla stazione. Pulito, piacevole e bellissimo! Buon caffè! Ci hanno consigliato quali posti visitare e dove mangiare con sconti. Grazie per la gentilezza, TORNEREMO!!!!

Appartamento per 10 persone assolutamente da evitare. Ci è stato venduto come fossero camere matrimoniali ma di fatto ci siamo ritrovati a dormire in cucina e sulla porta di ingresso. Se mi offri camere matrimoniali mi asoetto non solo delle camere con privacy ma anche piu bagni, non letti inseriti in pochi metri quadrati separati da pareti in cartongesso. Stanze senza chiavi, di passaggio. Per andare in bagno durante la notte dovevamo attraversare 2 "camere" con 4 persone che dormivano. Bagno senza chiavi. Pulizia inesistente e cucina inutilizzabile in quanto adibita a camera, tavolo traballante e mancanza di pentole e altro. Mai più.
