I was there Sunday-Tuesday. The location is fantastic, right by Castelvecchio. It’s easy to find, there’s a massive HOTEL sign outside the little alleyway you go down to get to it. - The hotel itself is basic. - Reception staff were lovely. - The room door didn’t have an inside lock but you couldn’t access from outside without a card. I’d of liked a latch for peace of mind. - The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet. - The shower was amazing apart from it leaking a bit and the door being broken. - When I checked out, I was told that I could leave my bags there to pick up later. They were just left in reception so not the safest but they were still there when I got back so no drama! Overall, it did what I needed it to do as I was only there for a couple of days. I’d recommend for a basic stay.

Clean and tidy with a very friendly and helpful reception. A great price for the location. All of this made for good value for money.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Very close to the arena and castle and Juliet’s house was walkable.

Actually I didn't stay in the hotel as the owner decided to put us in an apar**ent in the very centre of Verona. I expected something mediocre and was really surprised to get a fantastic place in the heart of the historic centre.

Very central location close to sights and the main shopping street. We had two connecting rooms, which made it a perfect family suite. Parking is through a narrow opening, but we managed to fit in our large car. The hotel was ok. Nothing special, but ok. They have a lift and you csn buy a small italien style breakfast (croissant and a coffee) at the reception.

At first I was surprised, where the entrance was situated, got a bit scare almost :-D nevertheless the actual location, where the hotel is literally 5 steps from the city centre. AC working-easy to set up, everything clean, comfy beds, we stayed for one night and had everything we needed. Got a map of the town at the reception, morning coffee-Top draw! Had to park on the street tho, but u pay 8-20 working days and then it’s free, we arrived Saturday 5pm got told to pay until 8pm and then Sunday is all free, so winner! Cheap compared to other similar hotels in that area.

The Arena Hotel in Verona is not close to the actual Arena, but in a decent location close to the Castelvecchio. The establishment boasts about having parking available. If the guest is driving anything but the smallest Fiat the parking is absolutely horrid as a minute portal has to be passed before a small courtyard is reached where cars are packed Italian style. As I was driving one of my Spiders, the parking was nothing short of nasty.The rooms are decent, but extremely bland. No breakfast is served despite the web-site stating that it is available.

Hotel situato accanto a castel vecchio e a 3 min a piedi dall'arena posizione veramente ottima Stanza confortevole materasso comodo unica pecca forse cuscini un po troppo morbidi Bagno molto carino e dotato di tutto la doccia aveva un farò rgb e devo dire che spegnendo le luci e lasciando acceso solo l'rgb ho provato un bel senso di relax in doccia Rapporto qualità prezzo posizione ottimo Lo consiglio

Non l avrei messa per non infierire ma dato che mi viene chiesto pessima ci sta che non potesse essere perfetta per il prezzo pagato ma neanche gli asciugamani, la tv senza segnale ,bagno doccia sporchino, l unico vantaggio di questa struttura è la vicinanza al centro città
