The room very clean.. nice view from 7 floor.. nice place to stay with family

This hotel is comfortable and good location for our business trip.

Excellent location. Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Wi Fi is super fast. The concierge is extremely polite and very welcoming. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety plus they make their own pastry and bread. The room is very clean and the housekeeping staff are very discreet and pays attention to details. Hotel Aifa Labuan is highly recommended.

The location and room quality were good overall. Another positive aspect of the room was the complimentary minibar, which was a thoughtful addition and added extra convenience to the stay, Unfortunately there was no hot water despite reporting the issue. Additionally, the air-conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, which disturbed my sleep.

Room facilities too old and lack of maintenance ,I check in with a faulty toilet flush room and inform front desk for further action. not worthy with the price pay for.

They let us check in a little early at 12 considering there’s child with us and availability of room. Stay was pleasant and breakfast spread is nice too. The only downside is there’s ongoing maintenance on the side of building so the sound could get loud.

I’m currently enjoying my stay at AIFA Hotel. At first glance, it does look like an older property, but everything has been good so far. I was assigned Room 713, a Deluxe Queen Room. One downside, however, is the hallway on the way from the lift to the room. it has an unpleasant odor, which I believe is coming from the carpet. Once inside, the room itself is spacious and impressive. I really like the bathroom, the shower works well, and the large bed is soft and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the buffet-style breakfast was a letdown. The selection was limited, and most items were served barely warm. I didn’t enjoy it at all, and I think this is an area the hotel really needs to improve. Overall, it’s a nice room but with a poor breakfast experience. That leaves me 50–50 on whether I’d return. I might come back for the room and convenient location, but I’ll definitely skip the breakfast next time.

Very strategic location, just 10 mins walk to UK. Easier to navigate aroundif you need to get out of the hotel for a while and relax.

Good location in center of the city and close to the airport, also good parking available.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and happy to stay again for the next visit.

Walkable to any shops in Labuan. Limited parking space though. Good for business trips. No swimming pool.
