The staff was extremely nice. When we got there we had issues using the hotel key and had to get new ones and still didn’t work. We got a different room, the hotel key was still not as easy as the first room but we wanted to just relax after a road trip. Unfortunately, the door had a missing knob for the door hook to latch on to and the water was consistently running in the bath tub. We told the lady and she offered to switch rooms again but it was only one night. The continental breakfast was okay, we got there at 730am and eggs were almost gone. We wanted to swim but as soon as we entered the lobby when we got there it smelled like chlorine.
Overall, the stay was okay. One thing we did enjoy was the room being very spacious for a family of 3. But the staff was really nice.

Bigger than standard room and has a nice jetted tub. The only issue is that the inside room door says check out is 12 noon but it's actually 11am. That detail caused some issues since I thought I had an extra hour but got rushed out earlier than planned.

Have stayed here 2 times in past 2 months and both times have been alot noise. I know kids will be kids, but parents need to be parents and be considerate of orher guest and quit letting kids run up and down the halls, slamming doors at 1am .. probably wont be back here to stay 0for 2 when it comes to to a nice stay...wont get the chance to go 0-3

The room was really dirty. The bathroom shower head has covered in red scum. My wife wouldn’t even shower in it.

The property had gone downhill since we stayed last time which was July. It was not as clean, the rooms needed a lot of repairs, and there were other people hanging around in the lobby with bikes parked in the doorway as you entered. There were no Christmas decorations and the service was ok with the attendant not taking the extra people seriously and laughing. I made a complaint on the website for the hotel and they said they looked into it and everything was safe and they were going to be doing repairs.

Second time stay. It has been a few years. Hotel and room are clean. Little worn things here and there. But for the money it was a good stay. With comfortable beds.

Very clean and neat and beds were very comfortable, The only problem was the bottom for the elevator was not functioning on the third floor, so you had to exit by the stairs.
