Checking in was a nightmare. The code to get in for early check in was wrong. The website to check in kept crashing, taking nearly an hour. One would hope with this “convenient online check in system” with no physical staff there would be efficient, but it currently is not. Very disappointed with the wasted time trying to do everything myself with limited support and such technical difficulty.

If you are over 30 years old, don’t stay here.Rooms are tiny. Beds are hard.Sensors on lights so they go off in shower/toilet.Only hand held showers.very noisy, walls are paper thin. Laundry was expensive and not folded and came back damp.Breakfast was basic. Location was good. Worst place I have ever stayed.Rooms were tidy, but I wouldn’t say the were cleaned properly.

Place was okay. Kitchen and rooms were really good and staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately anyone can access the hostel, we notice strangers would be hanging around the kitchen area. otherwise very social place and easy to meet people

The room was clean and cozy. The beds were the highlight of our stay! They’re amazingly comfortable and soft. The bathroom was great but you should bring your own soap and shampoo since there isn’t any. All in all if I ever return to Vienna, I’m coming back here.

The rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable. The hostel was also in a great location and close to public transport. The hostel had a great bar and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Worst hostel, worst experience. Do not stay here. My entire bag was stolen from the "secure" luggage room and my friends bag opened and ruffled through. The staff said they couldn't do anything about it, no assistance in reporting the incident to the police. Super unfriendly staff, dirty sheets,thin walls, broken shower. It is not a safe place at all, there is zero customer service and no quality. Worst way to end our trip. Stay anywhere else

We spent one night at this hotel/hostel in Vienna. Bellow you can read pros and cons as I see them. Pros: Nice staff, close to public transportation, parking nearby. Cons: small outdated rooms, hard mattress, thin walls, you could hear people coming and leaving until 2am.

We had a great time in this nice place, good room, excellent location, nice people, I liked the app, the kitchen, the backyard and we used the bikes which is a great way to go about in Vienna. Thank you for having us, we felt at home and very welcome
