완전 시내는 아니지만 괜찮은 위치, 화려하진 않지만 깔끔한 시설, 다 좋았으나 다만 객실나 낭장고도 없고 무료제공 물 한병도 없는 점은 좀 아쉬웠다. 어매니티 샴푸는 참 좋았다^^

Very clean and well-maintained hotel. Efficient use of space in the room (we had twin beds) with plenty of shelving, hooks, and hanging bars. Big shower and separate WC. We liked the main floor breakfast area that doubled as a welcoming late night bar. Decent walk (about 7 min) to train stations to get to the main attractions.

The hotel is very modern, simple and clean. It had the best breakfast service I’ve encountered for a hotel in this price-range. I’ll certainly return to this property next time I’m in Vienna.

Great hotel - comfortable bed, with most things you need in the room (including hairdryer and coffee supply but no tea). Breakfast included - continental, with some hot food options. Great bar area in the lobby with helpful staff. Would use again.

Accomodation and service perfect. Sleeping with open window not possible due to traffic. City space around hotel little bit fussy.

Overall a great stay. Good breakfast lots of choices. A new property, well located near the Prater, 25 minute walk to St Stephen’s Cathedral along the river, or 10 euro uber into the centre.
My only gripe, the connecting family rooms don’t have twin beds. So my kids 12 & 14 had to share a bed. That as you can imagine caused unnecessary stress. Not a hard problem to rectify by the hotel and one they should consider.

clean comfortable and covenient. breakfast was good. desk staff were a bit dismissive on arrival, and i didn't really appreciate being discussed and laughed at by the staff when having a drink at night (i speak german, they thought i didn't) i guess i wasn't cool enough.

Hotel was great and service was 24/7, Rooms were nice and the walk-in showers great. Bed was comfy and able to sleep soundly. Not able to hear outside noises in the room.
Airport and taking the metro was easy; after you get off from the nearest metro station either Nestroyplatz or the main Praterstern, you have to walk a bit to get to the hotel which is a 5-10 minute walk. If you are getting off the Praterstern station, when you get out, look in between the Monument statue and the Ferris wheel in the distance, go towards the Monument station and cross the street in that general direction and keep walking north to the hotel. If you go down the other path, you are going away and theres a ibis BUDGET which is the wrong one.
