Very nice boutique hotel, each room have a unic design. We loved the breakfast and the afternoon tea we definitely feel like home! Management is super helpful and kind definitely recommend it

Değişik bir havası var bu otelin. Otelden içeri girerken biraz şaşkınlık yaşayıp daha sonra otelin büyüsüne kapılanlardanız sanırım. Tertemiz, mis gibi kokan bir otel burası. Personelin tamamı çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Müthiş bir ekip. Tebrikler. Library Room keyifli bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Şehir merkezine yakın ama bir o kadar sessiz. Yakınlarında da güzel restaurant ve cafelerde var. Viyana'ya gelecek olursak otel arayamayız artık.

We are quite particular about where we stay, and have travelled a lot over the years. Each time we have gone to a hotel, we have found something that was not quite right. This was not the case at this hotel. It was the perfect experience. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the quality was amazing. There was a large choice of food and the staff we extremely attentive and nice. The bedrooms were perfect and extremely clean as was the hotel in general. Rooftop terrace was very cosy and well equipped. There were so many wonderful and appreciated touches that made our stay so special, such as the wonderful complimentary afternoon tea in the beautiful salon with the pianist on some days. The hotel staff and cleaners were lovely too. Going away in future will be hard, as I do not think we will find somewhere that matches the standard of this hotel. Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip.

I don't give 5 stars lightly but Altstadt deserves it. This is a comfortable hotel ideally situated for the centre of the city. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the hotel breakfast is superb. The afternoon tea facilities are also great and very welcome after a days of walking the city and its museums. Most important the staff there are first rate, Helpful and friendly, they also respond quickly to emails. This is an ec excellent and very well run hotel.

the hotel, service, decor, breakfast and neighborhood were exceptional all around. the reception was very helpful with all restaurant recommendations and reservations, the shops and restaurants around the hotel were great. i would absolutely stay here anytime in vienna.

This a small, quaint and a bit funky (in a good way) historic hotel. Room is comfortable. Breakfast outstanding. Staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Not luxury or modern, and that is part of its charm. Would stay here again. Restaurants and bars close by as is the Museum Quarter.

When taxi brought me to the address I gave at taking car at the airport, I thought that the taxi driver made a mistake and delivered me to the wrong place. This building and the entrance looks like a regular apartments house. And it is right ! But part of this building is occupied by beautiful, boutique hotel. Each room has a different name and style. I can recommend you the one which I stayed in which is called Helga’s room on the second floor. Very bright, spacious with quiet and efficient AC. Maybe bathroom could be a bit larger, but this was not a major issue. There is a very classic bar in the hotel and very yummy breakfast in the morning ! All major attractions are within 15-20 minutes walk, but it is much more quiet at the street where hotel stays, versus more centrally located hotels. Last but not least - the hotel staff !!! Amazing, friendly service with a smile. Bravo !
