房間就是10年前的裝修了，該更新設施了，但酒店前台還是很重視客人的入住體驗，入住時有一晚隔壁房的12點還在大聲喧嘩，就直接打給前台投訴，後面半小時內隔壁房消停，後來前台主動問起此事有沒有影響入住體驗，衹能説沒有是假的，衹是他們前台對過分的事情零容忍，主動制止解決問題的實操點贊。

Park Hyatt Vienna is in the city center, at the edge of the pedestrian only area. We went during Chris**as, and there was a Chris**as Market right across from the hotel. We booked the Deluxe King room. Overall, it was a great room and very spacious. We paid extra for a view room, hoping to get a view of the front plaza, but instead we were stuck with a side building view. The room was fairly big (for European standards) and had a huge bathroom with a heated floor and rain shower. The hotel used Le Labo luxury soap products. Throughout our stay we had some issues with the TV and the Lighting. We would constantly not get signal for the television channels and our lights would randomly turn off every few minutes. Each time this happened, the front desk promptly called someone to take a look. Although we had those two minor issues, it is something to take note given we are paying $900+ per night. I also would’ve wished that the turndown service could be more enhanced. Really, the only thing they did for turndown was close the curtains while other hotels open the sheets, pour a drink, dim the lights, play background music on the clock radio, etc. Overall, value for money was just “okay”. Could be better but service and cleanliness was perfect.

The hotel was extremely nice. The room was absolutely amazing - the best shower we’ve ever had in a hotel! We really liked the location. Walkable to everything, but not surrounded by tourists.

Amazing hotel for couples, with spectacular wellness/pool area (in old bank vault). Got offered at check-in to pay for an upgrade, which - on personal recommendation of the concierge - we accepted --＞ great decision, we got a really distinctive room in terms of view and layout, loved it. Also, breakfast was absolutely excellent and the bar is very nice as well.

Recently I stayed at Park Hyatt Hotel in Vienna and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel has a beautiful a**osphere with stunning artwork. It's located right in the city center, close to attractions and shopping area. The hotel provided impeccable service, with convenient communication through WhatsApp, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Although I didn't get a chance to try the spa and swimming pool, they looked stylish and inviting. The breakfast was varied and tasty, and the dinner was delicious too. The staff were professional and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and cozy. With its prime location, if I chose to visit again Vienna I will stay again at Park Hyatt Vienna.

Beautiful hotel, well located. Would stay here again anytime. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are gorgeous. Steeps away from upscale shopping area and historic attractions.

Gorgeous room with outstanding bed, linens and towels. There was a separate tube and shower. Lighting in the room was good. The hotel staff very helpful and the breakfast had many excellent selections. The location is excellent for walking, shopping and sight seeing. The hotel has very good value for the price.

In my opinion, the only hotel in Vienna. I checked out the new Rosewood as an option, but have to say it does not stand up to the great and grand Hyatt. The rooms are well appointed and large and the public areas especially the main dining room are stunning. The property could use a bit of an upgrade in some of the design areas but all around a great stay. Amazing location as well. Kudos to Barbara Göttling the GM for running a great operation. I'll be back! I do wish the whiskey bar was back :)
