Great place to stay 2 nights busy area walking distance to most attractions
My single room was good side with separate toilet and shower and basin these are behind the curtain which is fine
Google will take you to an end street above and walk down the stairs instead of the alley below
Parking cost €30/day 800m across the bridge
The hotel has its own affiliated parking €33/day I was told 5 minutes walk

Difficult localization. Even taxis don’t find the hotel. The hotel is in a very degraded street. My room, situated in the firs floor is a room of 2 stars hotel not four. The breakfast is minimalist .

The hotel was in central place in vienna . The space in the rooms were ok , we book 2 rooms there. The toilet & bathroom is seperate & there is no no connection between them . The staff was courteous except the lady who was incharge of Breakfast. She was very rude. We have to go early around 6.45 am for our tour & breakfast starts at 7 am , so we requested for just a cup of coffee which she refused . Other than her everyone was helpful and courteous . They offer complementary tea or coffee full day in their breakfast room. The location of the hotel is in bylane so if the uber driver or taxi driver does not know the other way ,they will leave you some 2 min walk away from hotel . Lot of resturants , sovenoirs shops etc are on walking distance from this hotel.

This hotel is a superb location for getting to all the major spots in Vienna. However it is not a 4 star hotel at all and looks nothing like the pictures. It was clean and met my needs. The breakfast needs to be improved from a quality standpoint. Overall good location, but don’t come in expecting a 4 star, it’s a 2

Central location and good, nice and clean rooms. What is less good is that we came home to the night watchman who was sleeping behind the reception. The lady at the breakfast buffet went and looked after the guests and reprimanded for not putting the fork in the right place after use. And removed things along the way such as the nuts for breakfast mixes

Nice hotel in a perfect location. Staff were helpful, included breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was in an excellent location with a walkable distance to most sites. The underground as also just around the corner. The staff was excellent! Extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodations were modest, but extremely clean. I have stayed in Vienna 4 times and will book this again over larger and more elaborate hotels. Tremendous value for the money.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the old city and transportation to everywhere in Vienna. The decor is a great representation of modern European design. The staff is great. Everything one needs on a kids-free urban vacation. Highly recommend . Unfortunately we cannot give the review a 5, since the air-conditioning system of the hotel was broken when we checked in, and while the staff were aware of that, we were not given a warning. The first night was horrible, and the second night was partly refunded and we got complimentary wine and a fan. We learned a lesson about European comfort level, at least with respect to A/C, and the need to check the room before settling in. We will give this hotel a second chance, and gladly give a full 5 review.
