Hotel Attaché Contactless

We were two guests. We booked a double room and arrived at the hotel late in the evening. We got a room with only one bed.. we did get a new room in about 45 minutes later. False advertising. The rooms were nothing like in the site. (Booking) I booked the hotel because the public transport stop was next to the hotel. However, the stop was out of use and the sounds of the construction site disturbed it. The hallway smelled strongly of ********. Beds were kinda comfy tho and the shower was okay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options.

The good: We had two Double rooms and the mattress in (only) one of the two rooms was comfortable The rooms were clean, and each room had its own air-conditioning system. Good location with a tram stop right in front. Coffee (from a coffee machine) is available for free at the reception area from 8:30 to 22:00. The bad: The mattress (bed) in one of the two rooms was terrible and sagging in the middle. There is a balcony at the end of the corridor on the second floor which is apparently considered an "emergency exit" so the door can't be locked, and it is allowed to smoke there (there is even an ashtray)!!! so don't be surprised if you are staying on the second floor and smell smoke in the corridors (and in the room) in the middle of the night! There was no 24-hour reception but only from 8:30-22:00. The pictures and information on the website (at least for the double room) were not representative of any of the two rooms we got; for example: - The room size was ok, but nothing close to 20 m2 as mentioned on the website. - Very old furniture and No TV in the room (room facilities mention "TV" and "Flat-screen TV" on the site). - Safe not working. When asked right after check-in we were told that they are waiting for someone to come and fix the Pincode, while another told us on checkout that we needed to ask for a key!).

Stayed for 2 nights, room for 2 was clean and comfortable. The price was very affordable considering the main season . The only weak point was the breakfast, very poor choice choice . Still, can recommend for modest travellers .

Mir fehlen die Worte. Hotel sowas von heruntergekommen. Decke im Flur kommt an einigen Stellen schon fast runter. Dusche kaputt. Tür schließt nicht richtig. Ausstattung ungenügend. Meiner Meinung nach mehr als sanierungsbedürftig. Dazu gibt es keine Rezeption. Kein Personal. Keine Ansprechpartner. Es ist gruselig, Extrem hellhörig. Ab 0 Uhr geht gefühlt der Lärm los durch wirklich sonderbare Nachbarn (???!!!) und 0,0 Dämmung in Wänden. Man hört quasi alles . Wer schlaflose Nächte in Wien zu einem absolut nicht gerechtfertigt hohen Preis haben möchte- Bitteschön! Ansonsten kann ich diese Unterkunft auf gar keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!

Nachdem ich bereits ein Jahr zuvor in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe, und es insgesamt in Ordnung gewesen ist, buchte ich wieder ein paar Nächte dort. Damals war die Einrichtung schon ziemlich verschlissen, aber die Lage und das Personal war echt gut. Inzwischen hat das Hotel auf kontaktlos umgestellt. Es ist also kein Personal mehr im Haus. Es war eine ziemliche Enttäuschung. Die WC-Spülung funktioniert nicht, konnte ich zum Glück selber beheben. Den TV brauche ich nicht unbedingt, aber wenn einer da ist, dann sollte er auch funktionieren. Am Vorhang zum verdunkeln fehlte gut ein halber Meter, der Teppichboden ist bis zum Beton abgewetzt. Das einzig gute ist die Lage unweit des Hauptbahnhofs. Das war es aber auch. Dieses Hotel ist nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Uma das piores experiências, com temperatura de 5 graus no exterior os quartos não têm aquecimento ligado. A localização é boa, com acesso próximo a transportes para o centro e para a estação dos comboios ou dos autocarros. O acesso ao hotel é efectuado sem recurso a empregados, é atribuído um código de acesso para entrar no edifício e no quarto.

La habitación necesita una reforma pero está todo muy limpio, la cama es cómoda y la ducha tiene agua con mucha presión. Sí buscas un hotel para hacer turismo dormir y ducha es tu lugar. Está bien situado por su cercanía a la estación por si vas a otras ciudades y vuelves.
