Hotel Pension Museum

we stayed in these hotel for 2 night. we've got a problems with wc and shower in the afternoon. At 9 pm they call us to say that we have to move for the night in another hotel. Arrived in this room, a nightmare, full of dust, bed old and hard, i didn't sleep Day after we back to hotel museum and i told to the owner that i wold like to have back the difference between his room 210€ and ather room 147€ (on booking) he started to be very rude, he's said "that not the price that hotel asked (hight), and if i'm not happy can i go to find another hotel. I went to hotel where i passed the night and asked how was much my room, 125€... patetic, very disappointed

With its perfect location to both mero and trams it was a practical place to stay. This is a "hotel" converted from a few old apartments. This gives it a very special and nice feeling. Especially the elegance in the breakfast room was amazing. The unusual thing is that the hotel is split in two parts and you have to walk outdoors between them. No problem on a sunny summer day, but... As we were given a very newly renovated room there were some teething problems, which affect our four star rating. Those should probably be gone by now so that they might earn a five star rating.

I visited Vienna for a couple days on a side trip from a business visit to Budapest. The place is very welcoming. The manager, Constanze, is lovely. The room was nice and reasonably priced, and, if you're interested in seeing the city's museums, the location is outstanding.

Great location, friendly staff, and an excellent included breakfast. Definitely recommended!

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, posizionato nella zona dei musei,comodissimo per il centro. Camere molto belle grandie silenziose. Molto pulito e con una colazione ricca . Inoltre il personale gentilissimo .

Ottima e bellissima struttura situata in un palazzo storico di Vienna. A pochi passi dalla metropolitana ed il centro è raggiungibile a piedi. Lo consiglio per il comfort e la bellezza delle camere per la vista dai balconi e per la pulizia. PS colazione molto abbondante e per tutti i gusti ❤️

Realmente el hotel es muy lindo, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Las chicas que están al servicio, excelentes, mi felicitación a la chica de argentina que fue excepcional con nosotros en sus atenciones. Desafortunadamente la experiencia se destruyo para nosotros cuando el dueño o el único hombre que esta al servicio del hotel, con quien haces check inn en la mañana, que es el que administra fue sumamente grosero, denigrante y nos insultó. Tuvimos una situación con nuestra llaves, se les pidió apoyo y asistencia, aunque tuviéramos que pagar más. Al contarlo nos dijo que no era su problema, que viéramos donde dormíamos quedándose con nuestras pertenencias y dejándonos en la calle, y gritándonos como loco que si nosotros estábamos estupidos, nunca nos abrió. Estuvimos sentados afuera durante dos horas, hasta que unos huéspedes llegaron y nos dejaron entrar. Al final nos quedamos con miedo y tuvimos que poner las maletas en la puerta porque sentimos inseguridad y no podíamos movernos a las 2 am a otro lugar, por lo tanto se le aviso a Hotel.com del problema que tenemos. No lo recomendaría nunca, para que no pasen una situación similar.

Très bon emplacement, proche du métro et de la Hofburg. Accueil courtois et professionnel, mais finalement très impersonnel. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux, avec fruits de saison. Grande chambre, mais située dans l'annexe, ce qui n'est pas pratique et qui est bruyante si les résidents ne font pas preuve d'un minimum de discrétion en rentrant dans la nuit... La salle de bains peu équipée. Bref, l'emplacement ne fait pas tout et on aimerait pour le prix un service un peu moins basique.
