房間比較大，設施齊全，地理位置比較好，旁邊就有一個購物中心，什麼都有，有幾個中餐館，還有各種購物店，並且附近就有一個地鐵站，非常方便，住的中國人非常多。

좋은 호텔이었습니다. 객실에 냉장고가 없다는 점이 다소 불편했지만 친절한 직원들과 쇼핑몰에 직접 붙어있고, 공항버스를 바로 호텔앞에서 탈수 있는 등 위치적으로 참 좋았습니다.

Upon check-in on 29.03.24, we were assigned a room that significantly differed from the description and images provided on the booking listing. The key discrepancies include: The room featured a bed only 140cm wide, contrary to the expectation set by the listing images. The bed was made with a single set of bed linen, and only one pair of towels was provided, inadequate for a booking made for two guests. Believing this to be a mistake, we approached the hotel reception the following morning for clarification and requested an additional set of towels and bed linen. Despite being assured of this adjustment, our room remained unchanged upon our return, with the initial single set of linens and no additional towels provided. After expressing our dissatisfaction, we were offered a "free upgrade" to another room, which matched the description and images of our original booking. This situation leads us to believe we were initially provided incorrect accommodations. This experience not only caused us significant inconvenience but also raises concerns about the accuracy of room descriptions and the quality of service provided by the hotel. We believe this situation warrants compensation for the discomfort and inconvenience experienced, as well as an explanation for the initial discrepancy in room allocation. Also, hotel didn't answered for this request in direct messages to them and didn't accept my refund request that I sent to them with help of *********** support :)

the hotel location was excellent and inside westfield . there is no fridge in the room . some rooms are too small . the breakfast was very brief and should be better . the scrambled egg was like stone . loby was noisy beacuse of hand football in lobby . ther is no boiler in the room .

Stayed here on a vacation with Family. Good Hotel at a very good location. Very near to Metro station attached to a mall. Breakfast spread was fine. Rooms are clean and big. Staff was courteous. Overall experience was very good. Pl note: they do not provide hot water and kettles but Tap water is potable and can substitute the requirement. No need to buy water. The hotel is away from city centre. 20-25 min away from Vienna Main station. We are from India and while searching for Indian food nearby we found a very Good Indian restaurant walkable from the hotel. Other wise lot of food options nearby for other cuisines.

Stayed here for a business meeting and the hotel provided a very good level service. The meeting room was welk equipped, always freshly stocked with refreshments and the buffet business lunch was absolutely wonderful, great selection and excellent quality. The rooms are basic but have large, comfortable beds. The see-through shower doors are a bit unusual so sharing rooms becomes a bit tricky. The Kagran metro stop is only a few minutes’ walk away so this hotel is also a good base for tourists who want to explore Vienna, in less than fifteen minutes the metro takes you to the Stephansplatz.

Everything was perfect, friendly staff, great location, breakfast, we really liked the little outdoor space too We will definitely go back again:)

A modern hotel with nice rooms, this hotel is ideal if you don’t want to stay in the tourist area of the city. However, central Vienna is very reachable via the U1 underground or an Uber! The lack of a restaurant and in room tea/coffee were the only real negatives. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were good. Would definitely stay here again!
