For bookings through makemytrip, the hotel provides rooms in old block only. Even though the bath rooms are renovated, the other furniture in the room is very old and does not reflect the new flavor. Food is good. Situated in good market area for shoppers.

Minerva is good place to stay. Room was clean. Best part its centrally located. Good food and ambience is good. Staff is humble and ready to respond immediately.

Terrible experience! horrible unhygienic rooms are smelling terrible food options & taste is horrible minerva vijayawada lost his charm poor and pathetic maintenance

The room was spacious and well maintained. But the room was little gloomy despite the lights on. It would be nice to have some brighter lights.

Hotel under renovation. Service very poor. They couldn't. Give morning breakfast at 7 o clock even after intimation to manager level beforehand. I have stay in this hotel. Now the hotel have downgrade the breakfast and service also. Bottle water is not supplied after complaining. Restaurant are serving good food. I will never want to book this hotel again.

Get into room with out waste of time at reception. Room kept very nice and no reminds of our requirements. Food is good. Only little bit inconvenience with visitors croud at reception

Rooms are small in size. Property is old building. It gives a worn out look. Otherwise, all ok. Mostly people come to vijayawada to offer prayers at durga mata temple. It’s good if they serve atleast coffee at early morning hours to the devotees. We had to go out on to the road in search of coffee at around 5am.

I visited on second saturday and sun-day of july. The rooms and lobby were stinking with bad smell. Taps were leaking. No hot water. There was huge rush in the restaurant. The quality of food is very bf (dinner, the items were too spicy, nevertheless breakfast was good. Lodged complaint with hotel incharge on all these issues. Very bad maintenance. Building looks nice, rest all are bad. However staff were friendly and helpful.
