The hotel needs replenishment of staff who has hotel and guest services experience . People working there are like from the government offices . Rigid and rude

Rooms are well maintained. Washroom is clean. Food has been the most delicious, and exceptional. Staff are well mannered and welcoming with a warm smile. I would recommend it for my friends for the exceptional tasty breakfast they served.

The service has become pathetic. The response of the reception is bad. Room service is not responsive & takes lot of time . During room service the orders are missed. I had bad stomach infection after having food. Breakfast most of the items not available. The hotel once was very good this experience was pathetic.

More importantly , No cleanliness, standards are diluted, very limited menu in breakfast, not at all worthy for the amount that is being charged . Hotel maintenance was very poor , cockroaches are here and there , it’s time to upgrade , this is my suggestion to hotel management

Me and my wife Smt. V. Jhansi Lakshmi Bai are your regular guests. Whenever we visit Vijayawada, we stay in Hotel D V Manor only. We are very happy with the services, food and comforts. The Officers upto and staff at D V Manor are very friendly and helpful. We feel at home.

Quality at its best. Perfect for family get-togethers. Food is epic. Service is exemplary. Coordination among all hotel staff members, be it decoration, food, lighting etc. is praiseworthy as it was hassle free for us.

hotel was kind enough to me for giving early check in. But room maintenance should have a look by the management. TV installed in room 109 was not having clear picture and it was not worth while. very surprising that how it has not been noticed. bathroom hygeine issue. Damaged doors can be seen easily. towels placed in the room were very old and not washed properly. in the breakfast limited options were available.
