The Viking Inn

The rooms are all brand new. The king-sized bed is so comfy. The rooms are very clean. They could add another bedside table and lamp so that both sides have a place to set your stuff. Also, some soft furnishings would be great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is good. The sunsets are phenomenal. We're definitely coming back soon.

This establishment has new owners and they have done a lovely job of remodeling and updating their rooms: new flooring, paint, windows and curtains, bathroom fixtures, TV, mattress, microwave , fridge, etc. The new owner is very helpful and wishes to see his patrons enjoy their stay. Breakfast was offered: fruit, cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee. (Coffee is available 24 hours). I spent two night while visiting family. Although they are still in the process of upgrades, the rooms are guest ready and very comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Viking Inn and was blown away by the transformation! The new owners have done a complete renovation, and the result is incredible. The hotel is spotless, and the beds are very comfortable. What really stood out was the included breakfast – in a small town like this, it's a huge help when trying to feed the kids before a hockey game. The staff was also so welcoming and kind. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Viking Inn to anyone visiting the area. It's clear that the new management truly cares about their guests' experience!

Great small town inn. Stayed there with my family and some team mates and their families. Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Staff were very nice and accommodating. They really cared that our group enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was greatly appreciated.

A friend and I stayed at the Viking Inn for two nights while taking in our 50th High School reunion. We were treated like Queens when there was a slight mix up of the reservation. Ravinder quickly made some adjustments, and both TJ and he went out of their way to make sure that all was well and that we had everything we needed. They are very dedicated, and will go the extra mile to make sure that their guests are happy and comfortable. The breakfast bar was a real asset, and the coffee was excellent! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Viking Inn to anyone who is wondering where they should stay when in Viking. You will be very comfortable, and if anything is missing, they will get it for you!! Thank you for being so warm and welcoming and making our stay so enjoyable.

The inn was well done and beutiful inside they remodel the inn and it was done nice. the rooms were very comfortable and the bed was so comfortable. The owner is a very nice person he has a very kind heart and soul.I would say to stop in and stay a night you won't regret it. The breakfast was good too. I would go back and stay there again

Don’t let the outside discourage you from going into a magnificent renovation. TJ and Monte have the kindness and guests interests in heart!!! We stayed for a family event and will definitely return . Clean and modern as well all the amenities you could ask for . Great prices as well. The Stoudt’s Your business will be thriving before you know it !!!

While this inn is still undergoing renos, the rooms are done and they were great. Montey and I think Dj were our hosts and were so accommodating. Wonderful service and we wish them well on finishing up what will be a great asset to Viking. Stayed May 2 2024. Jill Brown

The new renovations are absolutely beautiful, especially considering how it used to look. Previously i would have never recommended to stay here. But with the renovations it is a completely different building. Beautiful tile everywhere, brand new carpets and beds. Brand new tv’s and everything. Absolutely will recommend to stay here. Staff is amazing and super helpful and nice. They seem very happy to help with anything. The new owner had asked me if i wanted any changes to the room during my stay and i didn’t have a single complaint. All in all, i would absolutely recommend staying here. beautiful place to stay in viking. Don’t let the previous reviews discourage you from staying here. The old owners did not care nearly as much as the new ones do.
