This hotel has a very nice view from Vilaflor and the room was good. However, we spend two nights here in January, and it was rather cold outside. Nonetheless, the room was not heated at check-in and the window was left open. Since only few restaurants are open at night in Vilaflor, we tried to book for dinner at the hotel, but the reception was not staffed, and the man in charge of the breakfast would not allow us to book. We also need help to order a taxi, but again he was only able to show us a telephone number. So do not expect any service here.

This Hotel is in a very beautiful location overlooking the town and island towards the sea. The rooms are small and clean with lovely gardens & vineyard terraces in front of them. There is an restaurant area for a continental breakfast. The staff could be friendlier to guests.

The hotel has been recently refurbished by the new owners. I stayed here with a group, and it was an ideal, tranquil location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Covid procedures were strictly followed. The rooms are simple, clean and modern, each with a terrace overlooking the vineyards or the surrounding countryside, which are a riot of colour with wildflowers in spring. There is lots of outdoor seating in the bar area, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped with local plants. I enjoyed the a**osphere. The buffet breakfast was varied and good. The restaurant was not open in the evenings when we stayed, but there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk (it's a steep walk back up the hill!). Vilaflor is a beautiful old mountain town around 1400m altitude, just below the pine forests, and away from the tourist bustle of the coast. It is a great centre for exploring the higher parts of the volcanic island, and is one of the main vineyard area on Tenerife. I would definitely stay here again.

Skønt hotel i flotte omgivelser. Meget serviceorienteret ejer samt medarbejdere. Alt var superb inklusiv morgenmaden. Fantastisk pris får meget for pengene.

Petit hôtel avec chambres très confortables propres et spacieuses dans un très joli jardin fleuri avec vue époustouflante sur les vignes. Accueil adorable. Ne pas manquer le restaurant gastronomique avec un menu à 18€ qui change tous les soirs, où le chef vient vérifier que tout va bien et avec un serveur également adorables

Kort besök i Vilaflor som en paus under en tjänsteresa. Hotellet ligger i utkanten av staden med en fantastisk utsikt. Vägen från stora vägen är brant och ser ruffig ut, men hotellet och trädgården är i fint skick. Rummet var nytt och fräscht, ganska litet men med egen terrass. Frukosten var bra. Personalen vänlig och hjälpsam. Talar bra engelska. Restauranger finns flera på gångavstånd, inte långt men mycket backigt.
