SCAM ALERT!! Beware of their overcharging for a meal!!! We went here for supper with our family (4 of us) and ordered the Red snapper dinner. The menu read 750 DP (but we didn’t see the LB sign, which means it was per pound.) The guys went to pick out which type of fish. Nobody weighed it (first mistake), so when we got our bill, they charged us 950 per lb and wrote down that between us we had 7 lbs of fish!! No way Jose! So in total we ended up (with the 18% tax added) at 8460. DP! That’s $200. Canadian for fish and chips, or $50. per person! One person had a coke, and the other 3 had pineapple juice. Stay away! When we tried to talk about it, nobody spoke English. Never again. They may have thought we were all tourists but our family lives there, and will NEVER take anyone there again! You will loose in the longrun folks. What a shame. It was our first restaurant experience in DR. Not a good way to begin our holidays.

Friendly place. I turned up quite early, they had a bungalow available and checked me in early. The three bungalows are basically on the beach (set a little back), huge and well appointed. Faultless. The beach itself, whilst not spectacular by DR standards, has a natural beauty and is empty other than for guests and day-visitors to the property. It has some seaweed and rocks however is kept free of rubbish. Restaurant prices are high ish for DR however portions are generous and the quality super. I was stopping for one night on the way to Samana however if you want a peaceful stay on the beach it's certainly worth longer.

Esperienza indimenticabile in un contesto immerso nella natura, sulla spiaggia. Vivi e respiri l’esperienza del luogo incontaminato. Molto bello tutto, compreso il servizio, ristorante e la camera stile Boungalow sulla spiaggia. Un po’ caro rispetto alle aspettative ma comunque buono

Bel endroit sauvage au bout d'une piste donnant accès à une plage privée ,un restaurant et trois bungalows en bois- très agréablement aménagés - attention : ne jamais venir le week end ... si vous cherchez le calme total car si vous avez la malchance de tomber sur un voisin venu faire la fête ...c'est ce qui nous est arrivé

Bungalow rustique mais confortable. Ne vous attendez pas à du luxe. Loin de tout. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse. Belle plage nettoyée régulièrement. Les chiens sont sympathiques. La cuisine est de qualité (paella avec petites langoustes et grosses crevettes/soupe de fruits de mer/soupe de poissons/pâtes divers) et bien sûr cocktail. Emplacement assez calme peut-être moins le week-end.
