服務很好，就是內部設施有些陳舊，畢竟多年的老酒店了，目前周邊都在建設中，出行要繞路

It was nice to have a restaurant onsite, although it was closed the first day we were there. The food was excellent and the prices very competitive. The staff were efficient and helpful and the room was comfortable. All in all, a very good stay.

This hotel needs a complete refresh of furniture, fixtures, linen, towels. Everything is old, remnants of the 80's. The room had a non working dirty fridge, the safety box was missing the lock making useless and the AC was insufficient. I stayed only due to an emergency but there are much better options. The location at night is not the safest.

EL PERSONAL MUY ATENTO TODOS EN GENERAL RECEPCIÓN, HOTEL Y RESTAURANTE, SIN EMBARGO LA HABITACIÓN EL PISO SUCIO SIN BARRER Y LA ROPA DE CAMA SUCIA, ESPERABA YO ALGO MEJOR PUES ESTARÉ DE VISITA POR VILLAHERMOSA VARIAS VECES MAS.

Ya es muy viejo el edificio y falta mantenimiento, la TV no funcionaba, la primera habitación que nos dieron no tenía luz natural y daba a un cubo donde estaban los aires acondicionados con el consiguiente ruido.

Podrían poner una máquina para venta de agua refrescos botanas galletas en el lobby llegué algo tarde y ya no tenían. Servicio de restaurante lo entiendo eran las 11 pero si una máquina con productos de este tipo ayudaría mucho
