Familiar with Villasimius we wanted to change from our usual accommodation and booked for the 1st time Le Bouganville. We booked a panoramic appartment and result was outstanding. The view was extraordinary with la isola dei cavoli and Capo Carbonara on one side and the countryside view at the back with herds of ewes and rural life. The appartment was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Good bar service for the "aperitivo". We hardly used the pool but it it was quiet and relaxing. 10 Minutes walk from the extraordinary beach. 15 minutes by foot from the village. We will come back.

We had an great time. Staff so friendly and helpful, and the residence was beautiful and so relaxing. Not far from beach and pool not busy. Lovely part of world also.

This is a Residence not an hotel and it extremely important to understand this You are really in a self catering apartment Well equipped and very comfortable You will not be getting your bed linen,towels changed on a daily basis That’s not part of the deal Every 3 days it’s changed There is a lovely restaurant on the premises A well kept swimming pool is so good The hotel is situated ideally between the beach and the buzzing town of Villasimius There is a dedicated beach area for guests for which you will be charged In the evening it is so relaxing at the bar watching the stunning scenery The staff are incredibly helpful Looking forward to returning

We absolutely loved staying here. Really well equipped apartment, fabulous sea-view from large balcony. We only dined here once, as there are so many restaurants to try, but the food was fabulous. Irene even typed up the menu in English for us specially. We thought this was a lovely touch. Pool area is very well kept and drinks/snacks from the bar available all day. Beautiful landscaped gardens so well kept and a pleasure to explore. Beach and town within walking distance along a very safe footpath. Thank you so much Max and your team for making our holiday so memorable. We will be back in the not too distant future. Colin and Michelle x

Recidence molto bello comodo al mare ,staff gentile e cordiale ,appartamenti un po datati ma carini ,piscina e locazione ottima, posto auto interno ,e lettini a mare compresi ,comodo al paese anche con una passeggiata 1,5 km

Personale accogliente, preciso e disponibile, ti fanno sentire coccolato in tutto; struttura intima e con tutti i confort; a 2 passi dal mare con spiaggia privata attrezzata. Vi consiglio di cenare oltre che per la situazione molto bella a borbo piscina anche perché cucinano davvero bene e la qualità dei piatti si percepisce!

La struttura a primo impatto si presenta bene, ben curata negli spazi comuni, bella la piscina e buono il servizio ristorante, la posizione è ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ahimè però gli appartamenti sono inadeguati al prezzo che si paga, veramente troppo vecchi e malandati, materasso scomodo ci hanno dato una camera piccola che una volta posizionato il lettino del bimbo si doveva scegliere se aprire l'armadio o la porta perché non si passava più; la cassetta del wc era senza coperchio e faceva un ****** assurdo, per non parlare del climatizzatore al quale penso non vengano mai puliti i filtri... non c'è forno, ne microonde, ne una tovaglia in dotazione, pulizia discutibile.

Pessima esperienza con il servizio spiaggia. Obbligata a pagare tutto in anticipo (160€) Per motivi gravi personali ho dovuto disdire due giorni prima e mi hanno proposto un voucher di €80 da usare il prossimo anno. Sono qua in vacanza e non possono costringere a tornare per 80€. Ho chiesto di convertire i 160€ in ristorazione ma mi è stato negato. Credo che quando si lavora con un pubblico e viene chiesto un piacere (per motivi gravi) ci si debba mettere una mano sul cuore e RIMBORSARE. Avete fatto una pessima figura. Non si trattano così i clienti mi spiace.
