The location was great! The room had damaged flooring and the door to the balcony was difficult to use as it didn't work properly. The jetted tub was nice but could use a shade on the room side to prevent the light reflected at night to see the ocean. The staff was great.

Good location. Got to the property, required an additional $50 deposit (never mentioned up to check in). “Will be refunded in give or take a week.” No a/c. Turned off during the ‘winter’, it was 70 degrees that day, the room was uncomfortable. Had to leave the room door open to the hallway to cool it down. With things the way they are now days, not necessarily the best thing to do. Great ratings, just not so much for us.

Lovely location, comfy clean rooms, well staffed. Hotel accommodated requested changes to my stay. Affordable comfort right on the beach.

We made the last stop in this hotel just to rest up so our drive won’t be too long. I was so happy we did because the views and the weather was beautiful. Listening to the waves at night by the balcony was amazing. The sunrise was beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

Although you can tell the hotel is an older model, they have upgraded and it looks great. We were very pleased at how nice the room was. The whirlpool worked great. The view was amazing. New paint and new decorations made a great feel.

Stay was good. Only issue for us, and it's probably not an issue for most, was that cleaning crew came in on our first day and threw away some things we were planning to keep. Also they took out the trash but didn't replace the trash bag. They didn't even leave extra towels and wash clothes.

At 2:00 AM water starts leaking from the room above us. I contacted the front desk and 5 minutes later someone came to our room and gave us 2 towels?!? The water was dripping on the edge of our whirlpool, which was next to the bed, and was splashing on us. It was obvious that We couldn't sleep. At 6:30 AM I went to the front desk and they said that they could do nothing because we booked through a 3rd party. We contacted ******* and they only gave us a $27.00 credit to be used on our next “nightmare” sorry… next stay. What a way to gain a bad review.
