Excellent, good value clean friendly

酒店在一個叫St Niklaus VS的火車站附近，步行3分鐘左右，這站離采爾馬特坐火車約45分鐘。其實是個民宿，入住有點麻煩。大門是黑色的，不鎖可直接推門入內。晚上8點到已無服務人員要自助checkin，試了攜程的預訂號，酒店的確認號，都沒辦法check in，有個號碼（見圖2）可以打，但因為沒買當地話費服務，所以一度不知怎麼辦。對面飯店的老闆和客人非常給力，有個客人直接幫忙打電話問，然後幫我們拿到了鑰匙和找到了房間，真的非常感謝！酒店提供身體乳。早餐現做的咖啡很贊，其他食物非常簡單，麪包和肉類種類較少但夠吃飽。

這是在Niglous車站旁的一個酒店。下車衹要走3分鐘就可以到達。這裏的人們真的非常的友善。我們剛下火車，就有公交車司機主動停車告訴我們酒店的方向。由於我們回去的時間很晚，自助入住不太順利，酒店對面的酒吧大叔和裏面的顧客，熱情的幫助着我們想辦法。給了我們許多温暖。這間房子的窗户非常大，可以全部打開。極其的安靜，是最完美的選擇。早餐也非常好。這個地方離采爾馬特衹有三站地，坐車大概半小時。我們還會再來的。

Very nice place to stay not far from zermatt, good breakfast and helpful staff. Only a few minute walk from the train station. Would stay here again

Do not book this hotel in at least 5 days ahead of your arrival! Otherwise, you might be stuck in a middle of nowhere. I've booked to a room two days before my arrivals via ********* platform. There is no check-in instruction sent, I sent an email to the hotel asking check-in instruction, no reply. Eventually, when I got there, there was no instruction at the hotel to guide me to get my key. I couldn't have the room I booked, and had to find an alternative immediately. The hotel should never sell the booking platform this a room/service that they couldn't provide; if they need a 5 days ahead notice, this deal should not be valid within such period.

We stayed here for one night while hiking the Haute Route. We checked in at a nearby store, which took us to our room and gave us our rooms keys. Our room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Our only complaint across the street from our room was a bar/restaurant with people sitting on the patio. It did not make for a relaxing evening after dinner with all the bar noise. Fortunately, they did not stay up terribly late. I would consider the restaurant/bar noise before booking, otherwise room was great.

Great quaint little hotel. Checking in late was hard, we had tried to contact the hotel a couple of times within business hours and weren’t able to connect or leave a message. Rooms were decent sized for European standards, beds were really comfy, bath amenities

We primarily picked this place because it was the only remotely affordable option near Zermatt. The room however was very nice; the mattress was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on; there was a free tea and coffee maker; and the rate unexpectedly included breakfast. Only check in was a bit of a hassle. It all worked out in the end, a lady living upstairs helped us get the key. We received a message with instructions on the day of departure, so presumably someone got their days mixed up. All's well that ends well. Would happily stay again. Note that St Niklaus is a very quiet place at night. The bar opposite is probably your best and maybe only bet. It does some decently priced authentic food and is quite reasonably priced by Swiss standards.

The good news: It’s well located, right in the center of town where you arrive whether by Haute Route trail or by train. The completely automated check in process went smoothly (though it would’ve been nice to have someone to resolve the problem I describe below.) The room was clean and handsome. Breakfast was solid - including good coffee. Now, the bad news: Room 104 has no ventilation. The only air vent is the fan in the bathroom. The single “window” is actually a glass door, sitting right at street level of the heavily used pedestrian walkway behind the hotel - so getting air into the room means also welcoming anyone why might be passing by to come on in. I don’t like leaving negative reviews - but this is a serious design flaw that shifted what would’ve been a lovely stay into a miserable night. I imagine other rooms aren’t set like this, so your odds are pretty good if having a better experience than I did- but if you land with 104, your night is recked and their is no one to turn to for help.
