Great location, amazing terrace overlooking the bay. Rooms very clean. Modern design and well organized rooms. Sara, the receptionist of the hotel, was extremely helpful and very kind. We appreciated Sara’ advices and enjoyed very much our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and were very happy with the experience. Good comfortable room, great bed. Large, clean, modern bathroom. Fridge and safe in room. Good wifi. Nice staff. No complaints at all. We didn't eat breakfast there. Parking is at a local parking garage 5 minutes walk away. Close to some decent restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend.

Modern, well situated hotel with off road parking. Clean, tidy, comfortable, modern styling; the hotel is next to the river and the views from that side were scenic and worth securing. Bar and restaurant were ok although we did have a mix up over breakfast - probably down to our lack of language skills as much as anything. The lady on reception (didnt make a note of her name, sorry) was really lovely - welcoming, helpful and a great ambassador for the hotel.

The hotel does not offer bike storage or allow you to take it into your room. This is very poor on a popular cycling route. This is particularly bad given the hotel is one of the most expensive in the area yet give no consideration to cyclists who wish to stay.

Hotel muy bien situado y con unas vistas maravillosas. El personal súper amable: recepción y la chica de desayunos dignas de destacar. Diseño habitaciones muy confortables y muy bien insonorizadas y nada de ruído hasta el mismo checkout. Parking reservado a clientes pegado al Hotel a un precio razonable. Volveremos seguro.

Estuve tomando el aperitivo con intención de comer, pero no tenía carta apetecible. Muchas posibilifdades de vermut, vinos que no estaban mal, pero ni un simple aperitivo. El sitio es bonito y cómodo y la gente de Viveiro suelo tomar el vermut, pero poco mas

Servicio de cafetería pésimo. Éramos 5 personas en terraza y tardaron como 20 minutos o más en atendernos. No es que no hubiera personal, llegó más gente después nuestra y sí fue atendida. Cuando nos tomaron la comanda, volvieron a tardar otros 15 minutos en traérnosla, y encima vino incompleta, cuatro pudimos tomar el café y la otra persona cansada de esperar otros 15 minutos, tuvo que ir a reclamarla dentro. (Sin contar que la cortesía que tienen de acompañar el café con algo tipo galleta o bizcocho hubo que reclamarla dado que éramos la única mesa donde no la habían servido) Cierto es que habíamos ido muchas veces y nunca había pasado esto, pero esta vez se lucieron. El camarero que nos atendió pasaba de todo, al contrario que la camarera que nos dio finalmente el servicio.

He pedido café irlandés sin azúcar porque soy diabética y el camarero me dice que al hacerlo sin azúcar me va a tardar en servirlo, cuando al fin me lo traen uno para mi y otro para mi amiga, le digo, cual es sin azúcar, y me dice no lo sé, no le eche el azúcar del sobre...y a mi que me digan que esto es ser profesional

Falta de profesionales. Mucha decoracion y poco anfitrion. Falta personal. No habia hielo. Lentitud.La barra llena de cascos vaciosPedimos dos irlandeses y nos dijeron que tardarian al ser uno sin axucar y despies de esperar llegan los dos con azucar
