Orchid Heritage

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location is good, easily accessible, hotel building is new and a potential to be a 4star hotel. But, the service delays are beyond tolerance level. One day we ordered breakfast in the room, and dropped the plates outside while leaving for Darshan, when returned in the evening around 9PM, the plates were still there and little cockroaches were Roaming around. and this same thing I noticed for other rooms where they have dropped plates outside and no one is picking them up for 24 hours until you shout on them. They are extremely short staffed, during my 4 days, I had to ask for couple of things like towel n foot mat and all, because they forget to put it, everyday, and the staff will turn up only after 30 mins, that too may b after second reminder as well. The properties 2nd floor is such a run down place, with carpets unclean and torn, rooms in unclean condition and it feels like you are in some lodge, so avoid taking rooms on 2nd floor. Though food was good, but again they are short staffed in restaurant area, so in the breakfast time it was almost chaos, with no refilling and unclean tables and all, and that too when their entire restaurant was not full. This is a new building and beautiful property, but it will be below 2star in a matter of days if they don't improve on staff.
