OLIU'S HOMESTAY is a system of many apartments in The Song Vung Tau building. It is 250m from the beach and close to the center of Vung Tau City, seafood restaurants and supermarkets are also very close to the building. Guests here will have free use of the rooftop swimming pool on the 36th floor (closed every Tuesday for maintenance) and the children's water park on the 5th floor (closed every Wednesday for maintenance)
The apartment has a kitchen and cooking spices like at home, a washing machine, laundry soap and a drying rack.
Free bottled water for guests and Smart TV with free Netflix
(-The building's two swimming pools are free to guests, however the building requires swimsuits when using the pools.
-The swimming pool is open from 6am to 9pm.
The building has 24/7 security so you can rest assured. You need to keep order from 10pm to 6am to avoid affecting the sleeping rooms around you! )

+ The beach is 300m away, you walk about 5 minutes to the end of Thi Sach street and you will see Thuy Van beach street, you cross the street and you will see the beach
+ Lotte Mart is 100m away, this is the largest supermarket in Vung Tau, you can comfortably play, shop and eat, there is also a modern cinema, a children's play area, a game area
+ GS25 mini supermarket right at the gate of the building, you can buy fast food and necessary items
+ Seafood restaurant is 200m away, specializing in fresh seafood at reasonable prices, some famous restaurants such as: Van Chai restaurant, SenHo seafood, NoRi seafood restaurant...
