Given the area of Waco this is in, I was expecting much. But the room was really nice and clean. Floors could use some work but it was nice, cleaned, smelled good and the staff was super sweet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Curbside appearance could be better, I wasn’t to sure going into it what to expect but I like the price so i booked it, I was shockingly surprised with how clean the room was. Very pleased and will stay there again

I booked a room and bought the protection plan because we were traveling and having car trouble. We didnt make it to the reservation because of that and are being told that even though we never checked in and didnt stay in the hotel that we are not eligible for a return of our money. Even with the protection plan we purchased. So as of now not only am i dealing with vehicle troubles, i also have to try and navigate this. It 30 seconds to book. But i have spent several hours on the phone and emails. What ever happened to customer care and satisfaction.

Passing through town and I needed a good night sleep. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was a good night’s sleep. Thank you.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Waco of different prices. This hotel is one of the best one, especially for the price! It’s clean and quiet.

Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet, so you felt like you were sliding off. Other than that everything was good. Very clean.

Our unit was part of a string of buildings linked together and contained in a tall chain linked fence. There was nothing close for food and drink. The unit was decent but the headboard was thick with dust. The staff was polite. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for".

Room was very clean and looked great and continental breakfast was excellent. Loved the parking in front of the room. Made it very convenient.
