Rated it 4 stars mainly due to value for money we stayed in a standard room which was modern the bed very comfortable, the staff were very friendly. Parking limited onsite but plenty on side street for larger vehicles. Bathroom small but functional. Lovely large towels. Great for a night stay so close to main street. We will be back.

Room was Tiny, noisy and could hear everything from the room next to you, to the room across from you! Bed was comfy but didn’t sleep at all with the noise.. staff were friendly and very accomodating.. location was perfect and room was clean .. would I stay again? No

The towel rack in the bathrooms are too high for short people. The walls are very thin so got woken at 6 am each morning by noisy neighbours. Thehotel and restaurant are perfect other than that.

The only negative was being asked and having to order meals from the QR code on the tables. When we objected the staff member was happy to take our meal order.

There was nothing terribly wrong just not special.
The waitress for breakfast one morning was the best staff member.
Reception staff were efficient but not overly friendly.

Booked because of restaurant, but was not open the 2 nights we stayed.
Room smelled musty and cigarette smoke in the hallways.

This is my second stay at this property. The first I was upgraded to an amazing executive suite, very spacious and comfortable. My second was a last minute booking and I was in a budget room. Still comfortable but a little less luxurious. A lovely Hotel around the corner from Main Street. My preferred accomodation in Wagga Wagga.
