Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli

Overall stay in the keys lite by lemon tree resort was great. The property is beautiful with decent amenities. The staff was super cooperative and amazing. Food quality was very nice. Although the breakfast spread was limited, whatever was served was truly amazing. The resort is close to the bus depot and market area ( approx 15 mins ) but away from beaches ( around 25 mins drive ) great place for a family trip. Now coming to the negative point because of which i chose to give 1 star less. There are two resorts by the name lemon tree. One is lemon tree resorts which is 30-35 mins away from depot one is “ keys lite “ by lemon tree. Most rice drivers are not aware about the keys lite resort. When i told my rickshaw to go to keys lite by lemon tree, he took me lemon tree which is 35-40 mins away from bus depot. Our bus came to dapoli at 5 am in the morning and it was a horrible experience in total dark with only jungle around to drive 35/40 mins with no clue. Worst when we called the keys lite at 5 am for exact location no one picked up the call. The phone was switched off. The first 1 hour of our visit in dapoli was a nightmare, thanks to two resorts by same names. The hotel should make serious effort in ensuring the two resorts are clearly separated and mentioned. They should write something like “ keys lite by lemon tree - valane near kaju factory “. Had they done this things would have been easier. Finally when we arrived at the right hotel, the hotel manager did not show any empathy. When i told him why the phone was off, he kept saying he didn’t receive any call. This was really unprofessional ! thankfully he later upgraded us to a better and big room at no cost and things were sorted later. Post this experience everything was cool. Request to hotel authorities to sort this name dilemma at earliest and do some more marketing my putting more hoardings to make their presence felt. The most positive aspect about the hotel is its property and the staff thanks & best regards

This resort is very peaceful and 10 mins away from dapoli city. Staff is very helpful. Very nice food. Masyache kalvan was super delicious. Overall very good experience. ?

I visited this resort second time this year, i always feel calm, relax when i come to this place. Rooms are wonderful with clean washrooms, forest view is what really i love about this property. Staff is very friendly and sensitive.
