We had a very warm welcome when we checked in so we felt good from the beginning. There are swimming pools ( also heated pool outside ! ) , saunas , gym , some sports activities are offered for the guests so we were always entertained. The dinner was also nice ( lots of healthy selection). The cocktails we had at the hotel bar were very tasty . The hotel is located next to the beautiful lake and it is ideal to take a walk .. I would like to mention that hotel staff are very friendly ( reception , restaurant, bar ) and always try to help the guests . We would like to come back soon with our family soon !

We spent in this hotel only one night (during a traveling to Munich). I have to say that it's a very good place for family time. The hotel was clean, the service and wellness were very good and the food was good too. Thank you ...

Not understanding the language I found it quite surprised that a 4 stars hotel did not have any information in English. I would suggest to have a brochure in English at least for the Spa services. I wanted to request some treatments but I could not understand the many services as brochures provided was only in the German language. The same was also for maps and surrounding area infos.

We were very satisfied with the hotel and personnel. Everything was perfect, clean, stylish and staff was very warmhearted. Moreover, surroundings were beautiful including the lake and mountains on the horizon. Susan and Thomas

We booked a family room half board and really enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff, nice clean modern room with two bathrooms. Lots of activities are forseen to choose as you wish, we can recommend the walking tour! Excellent food, would recommend!

The staff was very friendly and all Conrona rules were well observed. Unfortunately, the food was not that great and the internet was almost unusable. The wellness offer for families is very good and we had fun there.

Sehr schön gelegen alles perfekt. Sehr guter Service,Frühstück und Abendessen waren jedes Mal sensationell. Alles frisch zubereitet und alles genau auf den Punkt.

Super schönes Ambiente! Ausreichende Freizeitmöglichkeiten, sehr nettes Personal und Housekeeping. Essen und Getränke lassen keine Wünsche offen, sehr gut.❤️ Traumhafter Seeblick und Suiten 😍 Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter vor Ort 💕

Wir waren 14 -Tage nach der Eröffnung im Lakeside. Für diese kurze Einarbeitungszeit lief der Hotelbetrieb schon erstaunlich gut. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom Hotel Management aufgefordert Verbesserungsvorschläge zu machen. Der Service, war mit ganz kleinen Abstrichen sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, mit großem Bad unendlich viel Stauraum in den Schränken. Der Balkon war sehr groß mit einer Liege (2 wären besser) 2 Stühlen und einem Tisch. Das Highlight aber ist die Superaussicht auf See und Berge. Weniger schön ist (für den, der es braucht), dass sich das Schwimmbad und die Sauna im ca. 200 m entfernten Hotel "Das Walchsee" befinden. Auch das Move und Relax Training (Yoga, Pilates usw.) finden zum größten Teil dort statt. Vor Ort kann man einen tollen neuen Fitnessraum sowie Massagen und Kosmetikanwendungen nutzen. Bei dem direkten Seezugang am Privatstrand stehen genügend Liegen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen wieder.
