Made an honest mistake in my booking and the hotel refused me to adjust my dates. Very disappointed in their level of customer support.

I cannot praise my stay at the Best Western in Walkerton enough. I was here because of a family medical emergency and arrived raw and exhausted. The hotel was beautiful, quiet, and set up for Christmas without being 'in your face'. But the staff - wow! Instantly I was family, they made me belong. Sherry greeted me on arrival and I was almost convinced she was an angel put there just to support me. I am beyond thankful for people and a lovely place that made Christmas away from home and family a time of peace and calm. If you need to stay in Walkerton, you should stay there.

Our overall rating would have been excellent except for 1 bloodstain each on duvet & bed cover. Bar frig had fishy smell. Shower water pressure could have been stronger.. But we will come back- staff were terrific -Jordan (Fri), Michele (Sat) & girl handling breakfast. All went all out to show they wanted us to be comfortable. Gave us what we requested- quiet room top floor away from elevator. Slept well. Your management picks good staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very clean and new; the staff was great and accommodating; buffet breakfast had good options for adults and kids and the pool was great for swimming.
