Absolutely best hotel and restaurant around the Birmingham area , easy access for M6 and fantastic customer service in the hotel and restaurant. Special mention to Jasmin in hotel reception for customer service always there with a smile to answer any questions 10/10

Staff here are amazing and the room is spacious, clean and well equipped was also impressed with the shower pressure. But unfortunately I slept really badly due to a not particularly comfortable bed and horrendously loud banging from people walking above. They really need to insulate the floor I thought the ceiling was going to cave in. And the WiFi is next to useless.

Pretty remote location but only booked as a stopover for a work meeting, rooms good as expected. Receptionist very helpful. Had some food, goujons and steak which was nice and all bar staff and waitress (Georgie) were very efficient, friendly, helpful and hardworking (which is rare these days as often see bad customer service). Thanks

Lovely stay at prem inn first time at this one, but same as the others clean comfy value for money great staff plenty of parking. Lovely hot shower massive bed with lovely white crisp sheets , plenty space for clothes plenty of room , nice pub next door for food and drinks .

The hotel is in an ideal location for what we needed. We attended an evening event and the receptionist helped us to get a taxi. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. We paid for the breakfast in the pub next door and it was all freshly cooked with a continental breakfast included.

My room was so cold when I went there in late evening after tough tournament. Why did they cool it down so much?! The heating didn't work and believe me - I tried everything, increasing the temperature etc. It was so late and I was so exhausted, so I decided to go to bed. I woke up with a fever and had to cancel the rest of my matches, leaving my team. I hardly got back home. That was the worst stay in Premier Inn so far.

Fantastic trip Stayed overnight for a conference near by. Every need met, Comfy beds and a great nights sleep. Bath fills very quickly and shower was powerful and warm. Staff some of the friendliest i have ever seen, i usually book 5* hotels but never had this level of service in any of these hotels. Ended up getting breakfast at last minute which was not an issue and once again food and service was phenomenal. Not sure where else you can get full English, continental, unlimited drinks for £10.99. Not to mention the finest ingredients. I have to say I much prefer ordering the hot breakfast at table than a standard buffet style breakfast. Food came to table hot and delicious. Only came for a conference but would certainly return if ever in the area.

Booked this hotel for a 1 night business stay. Generally the place was welcoming, comfortable and warm. Beds are really snug and the rooms are your standard Premier Inn quality, which is all you need for a single night. A rubbish shower is a huge gripe of mine though, trickled out at a lukewarm temperature at best. This is the only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 though, and provided a good rate surfaces I'd book again.

this hotel is so lovely really good quality and clean the beds are comfy and me and my bf enjoyed our stay here deffo be going ahain as every tome we come it has been a good experience food next door to the hotel is amazing and good quality food to die for
