Went for the powered site option in our camper. The kitchen was extremely clean and spacious. There was a big adjacent dining area including couches and a big tv that you can connect to and use your apps on. Toilets and showers were also very clean. The owner was very obliging for our late check in and couldn’t be nicer. BBQ facilities also looked great but we didn’t use them. Very close to a nice dark sand beach too which was good for a run in the morning.

The Ocean hut at Whanganui Seaside Campnig ground , was great to stay in for 2 nights. It is compact but everything you need.Having verandah around it let's you get a spot out of the breeze & sitting in sun for morning tea & toast.Smart TV in room also .

Great service and friendly and very helpful hosts. Very pet friendly. I'd highly recommend staying here. Tent area nice and tidy. Great and clean amenities. Even though we only stayed one night would be very happy to come back and stay longer

A quiet time of the year was great as we needed a bit of time out. A very small cottage was ideal for what we wanted. All in all a great stay and would recommend it. There is a great restaurant across the road. Only 8kms from city. Nice beach to walk on.

Great little accomodation. Perfect for our needs with three guests. Everything we needed and no clutter. Warm and comfortable, will stay again. The lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming also. Was impressed how comfortable it was even in Winter.

Thanks for the great stay. The cabin was clean and the bedding which we hired was warm. We were close to the toilets and showers which were also clean. Cabin had a kitchenette which had all the usual facilities. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and easy to make contact with when we had an incident outside normal working hours.

I stayed at the non-powered campsite for 2 nights. Excellent and well maintained facilities (kitchen, washroom, laundry, recycling... all of them :)) . Friendly and helpful staffs. Thank you very much for the hospitality. I recommended this holiday park.

Great place to stay, close to beach and large playground as well as Castlecliffe Golf Course, very clean and tidy, good equipment in kitchen with great friendly staff. Definitly will be back when we head that way in September. Always seem to be friendly and helpful campers there.

Our small cabin with bathroom including a good shower, double bed, TV, wifi, fridge, toaster, heater, fan, microwave and tea & coffees making facilities. The coast and a large play area is a short walk. A little expensive for whats delivered
