The stay was nice however didn’t like how we could not cover the curtains and some of the towels had spots on them from being reused.

Hotel was full of unsupervised kids. pool was full of rowdy children, my child was kicked in the face several times. The water was dirty the amount of chlorine was unbearable. Room had dirty towels already it in. Definitely will not stay here again

Pool was super over crowded as well as breakfast area… room reaked of cigarette smoke.. otherwise appeared clean, friendly staff

I love the Best Western clean room spacious relaxing you will enjoy yourself especially with the pool and jacuzzi breakfast everything is on point.

Couldn’t use the pool, was like 37 kids in the pool every day. Loud at night with kids running through the halls. Decent breakfast, room was ok

I wish kid weren't allowed in hot tub and there were 15 kids to one person watching them wasn't impressed about that

The heat didn’t work a maintenance guy came at one in the morning and tried to fix it but it was still cold. I froze all night and I don’t think I should have to pay for the room.

Check your room for critters, especially your mattress. The management and staff were accommodating but better safe than sorry. Two night...three room...new incident for each room.

Staff was nice. Hotel was ok. Room service was terrible. They are not actually a part of the hotel, and literally it's just an outside company who calls a restaurant and asks them to deliver to you. So you are better off ordering delivery from that place instead. They lost my food, and made it seem like I was being unreasonable to expect my food to arrive at the room in under 2 hours.
