Is fine

Our two nights top went well, typical Premier Inn room, clean and functional. Staff on reception very helpful. The premises are situated about two miles from the centre of Warwick. The instructions to find the hotel were poor as it was situated on a business estate off a very busy main road so walking into town would not be pleasant.

totally understaffed, 3 in a busy bar/ resturant, no cocktails available, 20 minutes waitng to be served, not the girls fault, just so short staffed. the bedroom was 12 degrees, heating not working, fan not working, very clean, but not one i would stay in again, breakfast was a total waste of money, undercooked sausages, no baked beans and really slim pickings better than poole north by a country mile, but only 10 percent as good as dover

My daughter left her Laptop behind in the room. When we called the next day they had found the Laptop and posted it to us. It arrived very promptly, they went above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you

The staff at the Premier Inn Warwick were welcoming , kind and very professional. The Hotel is comfortable and the assessibilty rooms features are far and above some other Hotels.

Well set out hotel. Spacious room, Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good hearty breakfast and delicious evening meal.

Although we have Stayed in the premier room is many times we have always found the staff to be very polite and accommodating. Unfortunately this was not the case of all staff at Warwick. The receptionist was friendly enough but in the evening one of the members of staff, we found very rude and dismissive twice. We almost felt that she was doing us a favour and was totally disinterested in keeping the customer happy. Also, it was the worst night sleep I’ve had in a premier inn ever. The pillows were awful and the bed was not that comfortable which is a little bit of a shock as I usually very good.

Very good trip and a great time in Warwickshire and the British moto museum and the food was good as well.

We stayed here on our visit to the British Car Museum. Location was very convenient. Good car parking. Nice clean well prepared room. One minor complaint was the stuffiness of the room. The weather was warm and there was no opening window, fan or air con. We also lost £1.30 in the chocolate vending machine. The staff member pointed a tel number to call. The recorded message asked me to leave a number and they'll call back. We'll see. In the morning we enjoyed a continental breakfast in the restaurant. Would use again but hopefully room would be cooler.
