The location was absolutely perfect. The building is older but the rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly too. It was a bit noisy at night because of a nearby highway but great value for money.

Georgetown Residences is an incredible value. The staff made us feel very welcome and they were a lot of fun. Will definitely stay here again if we get this amazingly affordable rate.

The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. We loved our room but had a tough time with the noise outside at night from the highway. Otherwise, it was a really nice stay.

This property was dirty and the AC was broken in my room and replaced with fans. I only had one little trash can for the entire hotel room that was overflowing and not changed frequent enough. I was suprised at the quality

There was no way for us to lock our door unless we stayed in our room. So all our belongings were left vulnerable if we were to go out to eat. We had to go out & get groceries to cook in. It was not settling well for us!
Had a rough sleep worried about it. Though the bed was very comfortable.

We waited for three hours on check-in, coming from an international flight. From 8pm to 11pm there was no one at the reception desk, no way to communicate with the hotel, and when staff arrived no explanation of what had happened or offer to remedy the situation. Nor did any staff ever contact us to explain, and when it was mentioned to the staff later they did not even know that it occurred. This was both extremely frustrating and tiring, and it was never addressed in any way. The room and location were both excellent, but this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had among many, many hotel stays.

They cancelled after the check in time because there was a cleaning service strike… I have never heard anything like this before. I do not recommend it at all

We loved our penthouse, very beautiful and comfy, was perfect for a stay with kids and parents. The rooms were very clean. Minimal furniture but we had everything we needed, lots of closet space, full modern kitchen, gorgeous bathrooms. Felt very comfy! Loved the neighborhood. Georgetown is a George Oia part of DC, walkable to all the restaurants, shops, bakeries and waterfront. We loved the area, very European feel. Walkable to Lincoln memorial, bus stop nearby to take you to national mall. 15 minutes away from subway. Many parking garages within 5 minute walk. Couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, had to use hotspot, but it didn’t bother us. We loved it!! Very convenient, comfortable hotel!!
