酒店人文環境很好，也很有歷史，地理位置也不錯。但是必須吐槽它的馬桶，太老舊了，老是堵，衹住了一晚上居然來通兩次！服務的人還有點抱怨，我趕緊給了2美刀小費並表示辛苦了。但既然是你們馬桶問題怎麼該我賠不小心呢？又不是我塞了什麼紙造成的堵塞，而是馬桶自己連沖個屎都沖不掉。請原諒我説的粗俗，因為真的很生氣。一樓餐廳是米其林，確實不便宜。但貴是可以理解的，但是我們因為倒時差所以沒吃完就快睡著了所以想打包蛋糕回房間，那個男領班還一臉不高興。為什麼呢？我打包我也沒少給小費啊，我給了20%小費啊！下次去DC不會再住這裏。

The room I reserved for my Mom wasn't ready when we checked in. She had to wait over 20 minutes and when her room was finally ready the heat in her room broke down. She had to spend the night in a different room. Eventually, My Mom was placed in a nice room with working heat. Once Mom was settled we had a wonderful and relaxing New Year's weekend.

I stay at this property at least once a year for a conference and I’ve always been more than happy with my stay.

This was our first time staying at this property and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The physical property was elegant and refined. We will absolutely stay here again.

Nice place. Could do better!. Not rhe best ritz i have been. This ritz will rate 3 stars out of all the ritz i have been. Not grand enough

We enjoyed our short stay/1 night at tithe Ritz Carlton on 22nd Street. The front desk team was awesome and so accommodating to my request that I had prior and during my stay. The concierge staff was nice as well and very helpful.
The hotel was clean and I loved the 5:30pm cookies that was available for the guest in the lobby. They were delicious. The restaurant food was decent, I paid $11.00 for 2 chocolate chip cookies that weren’tthat great and hard. Otherwise, it was okay.
My only negative would be that they charge $75 to use the microwave. I went to dinner in town and brought back food and sis not feel like paying more than the cost of my dinner just to heat it up. I think they should have an available microwave for guest to use especially with how much you pay per night for the rooms.
Other than that I’d stay there again as it is close to everything and only 16 minutes from Ronald Reagan International airport:)
